To add to my other comment talking about the horrible service in the section where you purchase envelopes. Full of rude employees who are mean and sarcastic for no reason. Absolutely disgusting.

The worst usps, it doesn't get worse. They never deliver mail on time, if they even deliver. And If you want to pick it up instead, get ready for at least an hour wait with the rudest staff.

THE WORST . LAZY. UNHELPFUL Just went into get a passport renewal. The counter staff were "too busy" on their cell phones to do it. There was no line. I was the only person at the counter. They told me to use the kiosk to make an appointment and then said " oh the kiosk doesn't work anyway". I felt so bad interrupting their cell phone time checking social media. Zero stars!

The worst post office you can visit… ESPECIALLY anything to do with your passport! The woman that worked with me today on my child’s passport was quite possibly one of the worst employees to ever hold any type of position at a job and should be fired immediately. Maybe if they did that their google review would make it all the way to 2 WHOLE STARS! The total of 1.6 star review of the tomball post office is an exact reflection of the people they have working my there and in my opinion a 1.6 star rating is too high of a score.

Terrible customer service! I stopped by to pick up my mail, and it was a nightmare. I was first in line I rang the bell waited five minutes, no one showed up, I did the same three times, waiting five to six minutes each time, and nobody bothered to respond.went inside, there were three employees seemingly clueless about who should be helping me, I heard some mumbles, we will there in sec: lol, After another agonizing four minutes, someone finally showed up and asked for my pick-up slip.To make matters worse, they forgot to stamp my mail or forgot signatures pad, she took package back, so it took even longer. It was a horrible experience. After what felt like an eternity, I got my package, and all I got was a casual 'Sorry for the late service.'If you're planning to pick up your mail here, be prepared to waste an extra 45 minutes of your life. Frustrating doesn't even begin to describe it!And remember, if you're ever running late, just visit this place – they'll make you feel like you have all the time in the world!" ??️

Ordered something and was said to be delivered in my mail box 2 days ago. Checked and nothing. A bit bigger of an item so usually they place big items in the bigger boxes below and leave a key in your box. There was no key..... and they will not answer the phones. For TWO DAYS NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!! Will ring 20 minutes straight and then disconnect. I go up there in person today after work and its completely shut down saying systems are down with not a single employee working. Yet the mail is still running being delivered and I can't get a key.

Just all around awful. I'm dealing with issues receiving a package from them right now but can't call them so solving problems is a nightmare, but in the past I've had lady bugs delivered (I know it sounds weird) and it specifically says all over the box do not leave in a mailbox and to please put in the open. My porch is easily accessible. I go to check my mail and sure enough they were stuck in my mailbox, dead. It was the middle of the summer. Lazy people, they don't deserve jobs.

I get my fair share of packages and out of all the post offices I have dealt with in the past, this is far and away the worst in terms of dealing with the mail delivery.In the past 3 months, I have had to submit three customer service requests. Two were tolerable, and I received quick responses and phone calls each time. This last was the most frustrating of all. After submitting a hold mail request, I could see that the first few packages were held correctly, but I visually saw our mail courier drop at least 8 packages off at our front door three days before our hold mail request was set to end. I had to scramble to find someone to get our mail for us. When I submitted a ticket, it took several days for them to respond with, "We're sorry, case closed." A request for further explanation about what happened has not been answered - I wanted clarification as to whether there was an error in the way my hold mail request was filled out so I would know for the future. I then noticed that the first few packages in the hold mail time frame are STILL being held and were never delivered with the accumulated mail. There is no explanation as to why some packages were held and some were delivered. All hold mail requests were always processed correctly when I lived in other parts of the city and country. So disappointed.

This has been the worst experience ever, the staff members are very RUDE! they treat customers very bad, also they hate their job you can tell right away as soon as you enter this place. We need to bring this to the attention of the media, because I see I'm not the only one that had this experience and have these people checked up, our community needs professionals and good services, they should fire these people and give these jobs to people that actually deserve it.

Paid $40 to get new mailbox keys as I moved here. After 3 weeks they said they do not have any request. I need to show the receipt else I've to pay $40 more. In both ways they're going to start over the process of changing mailbox locks which can take up to 3 weeks.Another red flag was that when I requested for new keys, the usps employee did not ask for any ID and when I remind him about ID he said, who would pay $40 to get someone else mail. So anyone can get hold of anyone's mail as long as they're ready to pay $40.Please record all conversations and make videos when dealing with this post office.

They state "No Access to Delivery Location," yet my mailbox was empty so there was plenty of room for the small package and I have no restrictions to my home, so it could've easily been left on the porch. You cannot call the PO directly, so there's no way to rectify the situation.These occurances have happened frequently, as well as Mail being delivered to the wrong address.
