Left the vehicle for over a week for them to fix a check engine light. They didn't fix it and left the inside of the car dirty. I have the same error code and no response back from the dealership. Check out the photos below. Don't take your car here for service

Edit: video shows power folding mirror on a $80k truck doesn’t always power fold. Apex says “sometimes it works so we don’t cover it” Tomball Ford says “that’ll be $140 for us to do nothing”Service department doesn’t tell you about the $140 diagnostic fee PER CONCERN that you’re responsible for when the complete joke of an Apex warranty refuses to cover basic problems. Certain service advisors won’t return your phone calls for several days to provide an ETA on either your vehicle or when you can get a loaner. Sent my concerns to management via their text survey and no one reached out, obviously Tomball Ford doesn’t care about customer service, only about making hundreds of dollars in diagnostic fees to not fix your vehicle after having it for three weeks.

Patrick at the service department was very professional. He treated us like we were the only customer at the time. We were able to drop off our vehicle to get worked in at any available time and Patrick made sure that we were taken care of in a timely manner. He communicated efficiently about the issues and diagnosing process as well as timeline of pickup. The best service we’ve had in years. Thanks Patrick

I have bought several cars from dealerships in the past. Tomball Ford really made the process easy and they did not pressure me into buying things I did not want, Plus the negotiation part of the deal was relatively painless. They really did make me feel like they wanted my business and they were happy to help me no matter what. Grace, Devon, Andrew, and Christian are valuable assets to the Tomball Ford Team.

Really liked working with Caleb. He paid attention and wasn't pushy, and hustled to get things down. I could tell he respected my time. He also had the product knowledge to answer my questions. I appreciated Big G getting me through the financing process quickly and respecting my choices.

Xsavier is the best and first person to see if you want a vehicle at Tomball Ford. I'm a person who likes Chevy normally, or Toyota. But when I saw this 2020 Ecosport and the way Xssvier talked to me being hesitant to buy a used car. He made me smile and know that he was going to do everything possible sndcstress free to me picking up a payment plan that no one really wants too. Lol he worked hours keeping me feel sooooo confident in my decision to do this. That I would not have feelt any better than knowing he made a stressful situation the most fun, super, and easy going on a great car and awesome low payments. I would never send anyone who wants a vehicle to anyone but him. Thanks man you rock even my kid had a great time waiting to hear the good news. Anything is possible with him as your sales man. You rock Xsavier. Even my cat love the design on the hood shecan't slide off. Thanks the best service made fun spending time and money✌️?????

Had a great buying experience thanks to the help of Asler Santos, as a first time buyer I went in not knowing what I wanted or knowing where to start but thanks to Asler I was able to come home with a 2023 Ford Bronco in a beautiful color.I Absolutely love my car and how it drives and I definitely treat my car like it’s my child, I even named it stitch:)Ford is definitely a great place to get yourself a new car, not only do they have many choices of vehicles but they have an awesome team to work with you

Terrible, Just about every employee I talked to lied to me there. And honestly for no reason at all. It was over an appointment and who I was meeting. I thought I was meeting the sales manager and the car salesman I was dealing with (who I decided not to buy the car from) showed up. The sales manager had no intention of meeting with me. The meeting was scheduled for 9:30 am and the casually just told me to hang around until 10:20.

Came in and said exactly what I wanted .F150 XLT or sport package must be 302a in white. Made it super simple so it's a yes or no. I was told by sherief it's his procedure to follow. I explained what I just said and he then waived me off to leave. A young man asked in the lot if I was helped I told him what happened.He said please let me get you a supervisor. Sherief came out to tell me I was trying to help you. He seemed very aggressive and argumentative. They sent out another sales person instead of the manager or someone in charge. I went to leave They sent out another gentleman Kenneth the finance director. I told him all of what happened he agreed it was bad and wanted to make it right. He grabbed a sales guy Devin and gave him all my information. Devin was going to call me with what they had and give the numbers.No one called me . When I called back in I was told Devin was not in and I should call back. I asked to speak to the finance director, and got transferred to a guy that just answers finance. I see these reviews now and I get it.Not the place for me.

Walked around new car lot for 30 mins with no help(it was raining but I am ready to purchase possibly today) then walked around used car for 20 more mins.. no help. Went inside used car waiting while employees were sitting half on the phone half looking down. Very disappointed, pulling up to dodge dealership, never thought I'd be here switching brands possibly

This is a great dealer to get a deal on your vehicle. I shopped at plenty of places that didn’t want to work with me. At Tomball, Ford it was a great experience. Jeremy help me get that deal that I was looking for. He was very professional, honest and easy to work with. I highly recommend vehicle shopping at Tomball Ford and working with Jeremy if you are looking for a great deal.

Had a wonderful experience here, as a new customer. Everyone was incredibly kind, respectful, and caring.I took a 19 year old truck in for maintenance and repairs. The crew did a great job.James Glass went above and beyond at Quick Lane, to take care of the many things that I requested.My vehicle took 5 hours, but I completely expected that. The main building waiting area was wonderful. I received updates on my vehicle.The Quick Lane building, however, where the work was done, is very old, and has mold, and I got ill from the mold. When I received a follow up phone call, the day after the repairs, the lady ensured me that she'll inform management about the mold. I really appreciate that she took it seriously.Other than the building mold at Quick Lane, everything else was great.They do plan on building a brand new Quick Lane building. I hope it's soon. :)

I needed a camera replace because it was broken by a rock. I made an appointment to have it replaced and have a recall notice taken care of. I made the appointment about 6 weeks in advance. I called ahead of time to add to e other issue I was having. I was told "no problem". I used the night drop the evening before the appointment and wrote on the envelope what I wanted/needed done. The one recall issue was repaired. The 2nd problem has nit been addressed because they are STILL waiting for that particular electronics tech and bay to be available. They are tell me that they did not know the front camera was supposed to be replaced. I did not know it would take this long. I was not provided a rental. Why would I do that when no one said it would take this long? They have had it 4 working days (that does not include the weekend) and it is still waiting for the electronics tech and bay. They have not even relaxed the camera. I tried to not lose patience. I tried not to get upset at the service advisor who was filling in for the service advisor I had originally had spoken to. I was told that they didn't know the front camera was supposed to be replaced. This is not the first time their service department has disappointed me. I would NOT recommend their service department to anyone. If I could rate them on a scale of 1-10, it would be a -5. I don't like being patronized either.
