If you are in the community and looking to move here, I would advise you NOT to. Within the past couple months since the new management company has taken over we have experienced very disappointing customer service. There is an infestation of all sorts of bugs, mold on our bathroom ceiling, we are unable to get in contact with the manager or the people who work in the leasing office for any assistance and empathy on our situation. We are also unable to find any information on the management company itself to reach out to them. The assistant manager said she was “unable to find an address”. Many of our neighbors have also had the same experience. Roaches on the ground, mold, mail box being broken for months at a time. There was also a fire set to the front of the building that the residence were never made aware of in addition to added fees to our account without being made aware of that we’re never on our lease contract. Absolutely disappointing.

Came here for a tour and fell in love with the community! It’s secretly tucked away off of 249 and Spring Cypress. If you love fishing and lakeside views I highly recommend this place on your shopping list! The complex was very well maintained and clean. Rebecca gave me information about the property and Sandra gave us the tour. Excellent customer service. I look forward to moving here!

Beautiful property! The front office staff, is amazing. They are attentive and provide great customer service! The Maintenance team is responsive and get to the issues quickly which is very important. Overall it’s great community to call home!

I enjoy living here from the front office staff to the maintenance staff to the community itself. Although the staff is fairly new I have met them all and all are very friendly and ask me many questions about my living experience here at the property. The maintenance staff is very good all my apartment needs have been fixed or replaced within 24-48 hours.

Love the property make you feel that you are in a resort!
Enjoy the mimosa night at the property on friday evening and got to meet the new wonderful staff MS Nancy , Rebecca and Sandra are very professionals and provide us with great information !

The Cape is an absolutely beautiful community! I have been a resident for 2 years and will happily re-sign a new lease when my lease is up. The manager, Daniela truly goes above and beyond for her residents. The dedication towards making our community clean and well maintained is a direct reflection of the office and maintenance staff! Highly recommended!

I absolutely love The Cape!!! I lived here for over 2 years and had no issues. The office and maintenance team are amazing and they care so much about the community. 10/10 recommend!!

Ghetto over priced thin walled scam. Constant trash litters the parking lot that you'll be lucky to find a spot in. There is always a wreck at the entrance cops hang out here and homeless people follow you through the gate. If your considering moving in you should strongly reconsider

I would not know what it is like living at these apartments. The photos look very nice, and the lobby is beautiful. HOWEVER, my fiancé and I never made it beyond the lobby to the tour. One of the management team members was rude, not helpful, and biased. There was a couple that walked in (exact same time as my fiancé and I) with an appointment at the same time as us. She proceeds to speak with them and take care of them and told us to have a seat. After we told her we also had an appointment the same time as the other couple, her only response was “ oh I don’t know how that could’ve happened, but they were here first”. How could she possibly know that when she was in her office?! After speaking to her after the couple left (and being left in the lobby 35 minutes after our SCHEDULED appointment) her responses were excuses instead of being genuinely concerned. We left and will NOT return! This really is an inconvenience seeing this was our top apartment complex to view.

Wow! This is a beautiful property! The entrance gives Florida Resort vibes. The beautiful lake, the landscape, and the ducks is like renting a vacation home. Maintenance and staff are amazing. I'm visiting, but definitely makes me want to move to Tomball just to live here.
