I heard the manager is a crunchy bitch. A friend of mine worked here and was talked down to constantly and disrespected. Don't spend your money at this location.

Only Beaty supply in tomball and has nothing no type of weave. Coming from houston this has to be the worst sallys from katy houston and tomball . Don't waste your time.

Okay so the worker that was helping me get the stuff I needed (bleach and color) didn't even tell me to get developer for my products. They literally only told me to get the powder bleach and the hair color. Maybe it's my fault but I'm not a hair stylist so I wasn't aware I needed it. I guess that worker isn't a hair stylist either.

I went into sally beauty looking for hair developer to lighten my hair, it was amazing. The lady who worked in the front was really helpful. I’ve never put any dyes, bleach , chemicals in my hair. So I was asking a lot of questions, she reassured me and completely knew where I was coming from. I already lighten my hair twice, I really love the color. Would highly recommend going. Sweet lady, reassuring, and if your not really sure on what you want/ need she can help you, or the manager who was also a big help.

I have always had wonderful service at the 3 locations I frequent; however, NOT TODAY! The sales lady was very rude and NON-ACCOMODATING! All I was wanting to do was exchange 3 cans of hair spray that would not spray for 3 cans that would spray. I just purchased them 2 days ago! She said because I purchased them with a coupon, I had to pay the difference of almost $13.00. I asked her if she heard what she was telling me and she said "those were the rules". WHAT?!? Let me see...Sally's sells me a defective can of hair spray on one day and then two days later will not exchange it for a can that sprays unless I pay more for it? This does not make any sense! When I asked for a manager, she said she was on vacation and would tell me the same thing. I asked for her number and all it does is ring...no voicemail. You have to wonder about people sometime.

Gentleman was helpful, friendly, and professional. Store was clean and actually had my product in stock. My choice of color is hard to get.

I came to Sally's for some clarifying shampoo and daily shampoo. The lady who was working was very pleasant and had a little knowledge about the shampoo. The store was quiet, clean and organized. Just the way I like them. They were out of the one I have been using so I had to buy a different one to try. The best part was the large bottles were BOGO 50% off. Plus I had a $5 birthday coupon. Love saving money. I will return to this location when I'm in the area.

Charging for a bag to put my $100 purchases in??? Seriously? I was told "Sally's is going green!" More likely that "Sally's is going CHEAP!" I've never had good luck with anyone being knowledgable in any of the 5 stores I visit regularly -- in fact their "knowledge was responsible for me ruining my hair just 2 weeks before my son's wedding, but that's a story for another time. Suffice it to say, I do not go in for anything that requires their "knowledge". But charging for bags????? t How can you claim to be "going green" when most of what you sell is, or contains, dangerous chemicals???? I'll probably not go back. You lost a 25+ year customer Sally's. Congratulations.

Don't go here. Absolute horrible customer service. Came to return an extra product that was unused due to the employee lying about it helping my wife bleach her hair and came to be told that they are not accepting any returns since 4 days ago. Yesterday we were told from one of the employee we can return it when we came to buy the product. Wouldn't recommend to come here at all

You would think the staff knows what's the better product but I don't think they do... Great prices! Check out their hair mask! Need a color dye? Hair sample shades easy to sort.
