Don't go here if you want to be screwed over. We left our truck to get fixed and they took me inside to sign some papers, BOBBI told me there will be a 140 amount charged 4 times, but not to worry that we weren't going to pay that, that she was sure the warranty was going to cover everything. So I signed a document, NO WHERE did it have written the whole 140 charged 4 times that we would have to pay or something. So today, my partner went to pick up our truck because they said it was ready. When he gets up there, they tell him he has to pay $140 because we didn't get our heater fixed AFTER they told us that the warranty would cover it. Well, my partner was obviously confused and frustrated so he went to the manager DARRYL DEPASQUALE to see what he could do and his response was, that it wasn't his problem. Then he called corporate and they told him he'd have to figure it out with the dealership. Okay, so after my partner did all of that, NO ONE helped him. All they did was bring the paper that I had signed to him, saying I AGREED to pay the 140 when in FACT I DID NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING. When I signed the paper it had NO WRITING ON IT STATING I AGREED TO PAY THE 140, and I know because if it was written I immediately would've called my partner and let him know what was written. It was written AFTER I signed it. So, again, if you want to get screwed over, this definitely would be the place to go.

I have been to this location many times. Julie has helped me many times and always has been helpful and honest with me on everything. Even when it is bad news that will cost a lot. This last time I want she went out of her way to get the special ramps so that they could get my car on the rack. I will always trust and come to them.

This place is dependable. I take my Ford Escape routinely to go get my oil changed. They take good care of my vehicle and their staff is friendly. I would recommend this place for routine maintenance work on your Ford vehicle.

Decent place to get your oil changed, if you make an appointment. Except when I made an appointment for the following day, I get a call 30 mins before my appt time, to be told they don’t have my oil filter in stock, why wasn’t that checked when I first made the appointment? So then had to made a second appointment and they had it that day, only took about 45 minutes.

Man!! Fastest service ever called thirty mins ago frantic about my flat tire but the first girl I spoke with made me so frustrated she kept me on hold then told me it would be 48 hours ?!? She didn’t know anything about anything!! Well I didn’t have an appointment and I knew they were gonna close soon but when I spoke with Oscar he was so kind and helpful he just said COME IN. He had that tire plugged and fixed for me in less the ten mins. I’m so thankful for him!

Long story short I bought a used Honda at Ford and was promised a FREE OIL CHANGE and once I finally got the paper to get it TECH MARCUS was assigned to my car. Now I have watched him all the way through and he had thrown away a screw from engine splash shield-( he claimed that it was damaged) regardless if damaged maybe coming asking the customer if they want to put it on or not. Also I caught that I have an oil leak (when Marcus removed the splash guard) and asked James the service advisor if I can look at it too he said sure and allowed me to look at my vehicle. Awesome man. Now once Marcus tried lower my vehicle I told James and we went back out to the bay and got the Marcus to put it (the screw) back on. Once my car was lower I realized Marcus never took off the oil cap prior to starting the oil change. He claimed that since having to order the filter it had plenty of time to drain. Well regardless when doing an oil change the cap should be removed before starting anything. I normally do it myself but why pass up a FREE OIL CHANGE. James was the only nicest guy I experienced in the entire visit today. Even told Marcus thank you and guess he’s just moody today or whatever no you welcome or nothing. Just do not let Marcus touch your vehicle period!

Made an appointment for 12pm. I arrived at the Ford service department at 11:55am, waiting for a few minutes before being helped and was directed here. After arriving at 12:05pm, I was told by the SA that I was late and it would be AT LEAST 2 hours before my car would be seen for AN OIL CHANGE.They had two gentlemen cleaning the bays and 2 working on cars… what kind of place takes appointments and doesn’t honor them for 5 minutes? Glad I didn’t buy my car here and glad I’m never coming back.

Brandon, Lucas, & Debbie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and my family out in our time of need! While in-route to Bryan College Station to close our daughter's adoption in court we encountered a tire blow-out on the freeway. (Back Storytime...we encountered so much uncertainty, ups and downs, tearful nights, & anxiety stemming from will we be able to keep & raise our 6-month-old daughter that we had custody of since her birth).When the tire blow-out happened on the freeway, I was able to navigate the vehicle off of the freeway safely & "Quick Lane at Tomball Ford" was the first safe place we saw. We pulled into the parking lot scared, panicking, & afraid that we would miss the court hearing timeframe.Once we exited the vehicle, I was able to explain to Debbie the circumstances & she IMMEDIATELY jumped into high gear getting the establishment crew together & working fast and delightfully. Debbie informed us that unfortunately they didn't have the correct size tire to fit, but that the crew would put the spare tire on and send us on our way fast! ....AND DEBBIE, LUCUS, & BRANDON did just that without accepting payment from us.I honestly was in disbelief. Acts like this has restored my faith in humanity!We made it to the court hearing just in the nick of time with 3 minutes left to spare! Debbie, Brandon, & Lucas were truly our angels from up-above! The three of them literally assisted us in keeping our small family legally complete & connected as a whole. We will be forever grateful for their act of kindness!With the pure form of love offered......THANK YOU!

Today was the second time I've brought my older 2010 Focus to this location. Julie was very quick, attentive and had no problems explaining my issue that ended up being a quick fix. The other gentlemen up front were also nice, joked around, kind, and kept a conversation going while i waited. I'll definitely continue to bring my Focus here as needed due to the fantastic customer service and honest work.
