Very rude people even the manager. 2nd bad experience there. So I bought my $200.00 battery next door at Autozone. Two chances to much. Never go to O'Reilly again. Told them they'll will be out of a job soon. Or they will be fired. At least they should.

Great service, friendly staff, and a high level of professionalism! Manager Amy was incredible. I called to get some Royal Purple for my Chevelle. They had 6 quarts and I needed 7 also the were out of the oil filter I needed. She immediately gave me options starting with letting me know she could order and have the filter I needed within 2 hours. When I explained I needed it in the next 30 minutes she contacted another store close and held the filter and a additional quart of oil for me. Truly iconic service!!! Best O’Reillys I’ve ever visited. I will exclusively come back to this location.Thank you again. Amy is an exemplary employee and should be recognized for her demonstration of excellent customer service!

I like O'Reilly auto parts because they are convenient when you need stuff. They have a military discount too. Yes, you can find everything they have for cheaper on the internet, but if you need it now then I say go to O'Reilly.

***Extremely Helpful***There is an AutoZone one block away and I had a bad experience. I left AutoZone disappointed that I was not able to get the help I needed. I walked into the O'Reilly's and I was immediately offered assistance. The Assistant Manager was offered assistance and was able to help me with all my questions and needs. The other associate in the also help with some of the questions. Both team members were great, courteous and helpful.... definitely recommend.

Young lady was knowledgeable. She assisted with checking out the battery, starter, and alternator then gave ideas on how to locate the problem.
