I needed a product to clean the lens on my headlights. I asked for help and employee Jorge told me what product he used and showed me pictures on his phone to see the finished outcome. It worked excellent for me as well.

First time shopping at this location since I’ve recently moved here. I assume that at this location, customers have to bag their own purchased items, and I had many items and this handsome guy ( Mr Pony tail ) gave me the smallest bag to use.

Battery went out on my truck, got the truck to their parking lot, guy came out, replaced the battery and then tested the alternator, for free, to ensure it wasn't the alternator. This employee was friendly and helpful and gave the appearance there was nothing I could ask he wouldn't do. Way to go!

Just left and I am very thankful with my experience here. I know absolutely nothing about cars so it’s overwhelming when something is wrong with my vehicle and it’s hard to trust that I will get the help I need. Mason checked the battery life on my car and found out that it was good, then gave his expert opinion about where to go from there. He did research on my vehicle, looked up different options to fix my issue. His customer service was above and beyond and I feel very informed about the possible issues with my car. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and you could tell he cared and enjoyed his job. Thanks Mason!!!!

The guy was eager to help me pull a check engine light code, but once he figured out I wasn't going to buy the part that is needed for the code from him he couldn't be bothered to do much else. I also wanted to buy windshield wipers but he couldn't be bothered to help me find the correct ones and when I brought back the 3 he advised me to get, he also didn't see fit to tell me he gave me the wrong sizes. My husband had to take the windshield wipers back for a refund. I won't go back to this location.

I had to leave this review. Mason, went above and beyond for me on yesterday. I came in with a dead car battery. Mason took out the time for me to decide if I was going to try and see if the warranty on my current battery was still valid. Although, my warranty for my old battery would give me some off of a new battery I went ahead and purchased another one with Mason. Mason is a true rock star. Please know when hiring Mason you made the right decision. Thank you Mason for caring. You helped me so much on yesterday. I'm forever grateful to you.

Called and spoke to Velvin to inquire about a battery for my Jeep. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. About ten minutes later, I stopped by and Velvin had the battery ready. He had someone “ring” up my order while he installed my battery. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Thanks Velvin for such quick and professional service!
