There is nobody to get hold of in case of a need for help. The site says that there is a 24-hour access to the unit, but it is not true! Very disappointing experience.

This is a review for the U-Haul portion of this facility and how they handle renting equipment this has nothing to do with the storage side of this business I am reviewing the U-Haul portion:For starters on a Saturday this facility was ram by one teen chick that didn’t look like she was fully awake for the job. We rented a 15’ truck and an auto trailer through U-Haul and took us to this place to pickup. When we arrived my wife walked in and the teen got the keys, and opened the gate. It was going well up until the point where we had to get the equipment. When we went in back to get the trailer and the truck the teen employee moved 1 truck and told us that our trailer was behind another one. Then she just left and walked back to the office without help, i myself had to move 2 trailers to get to the one I rented, this sounds easy enough right? No because whoever parked the trailers let them sit in mud and the trailer wouldn’t budge being dredged in mud. I spent Almost 45 minutes getting to my original trailer without the help of the employee which just left and went back to the office. I am sure if this was anyone else that didn’t know how to connect trailers and or move large trucks this place is not the place for you. Employee was lazy and wanted us to move all the U-Haul equipment so we can get to ours. Not recommended to get U-Haul equipment here.

The novest guys in the eorld helped my son unload a storage unit. Havr been there 3 to 4 times they are brothers just a great place to go.will use them if I need stirage again. Thanks Guys Merry Christmas

I love this place because the owners are helpful respectful and was always there for every need of mines. And at the same time the whole time i felt my storage was safe.

We are from out of town and was at this storage facility to pick up auction winnings. We had a tire separate and i didn't have my 2 ton jack. Keith was kind enough to lend a hand and even aired up my spare. Great guys and their facility was clean and both guys were super friendly. Would highly recommend them for your storage needs.
