“The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to get me the phone I wanted in the price range I was hoping to be in! He was fantastic and nice to me. And my son was kicking and hitting me in the store and I got upset at him and the employees didnt stare or give me an evil look. I corrected my son and they respected that. A lot of people no matter where you go get shamed on for correcting your kids in public. They all made me feel less like a bad mom! Also they have a great selection of accessories for pretty much all phones and overall my favorite store!”

The store is clean now and great management, I believe she said her name is Brittany, super friendly! Great staff too, for sure has improved! “We had a wonderful experience here, kind and informative staff who knew exactly what to do and handled everything in a prompt and professional manner. I would recommend this location if you want good service. I think the other local locations need to take notes on customer service. This other 2 locations we went to were incompetent and spent the entire time trying to upsell us rather than just taking care of a customer. We will be back at this location from here on out.”
