I ordered over 100 extended door strikes from them the first time because a large online store could not deliver the extended door strikes quick enough, but Door Locks Direct could get them fast for me.

One of the best companies I have ever googled and used! You simply CAN NOT get this type of service or selection or advice at a local box store and you simply can not get the selection or pricing or value at a local locksmith....if you can even find one!

Had an amazing experience with this company. Ordered a number of locks including interior, exterior, keyless, you name it. Everything came in perfect condition and all of my entry knobs were keyed the same and worked great!

Highly recommend. Some of the nicest people he will ever meet or work with. I was really happy with the items that we initially ordered from them. More recently, I called to get some help with keys. They were so helpful and so nice. It’s nice to know there are still people like that.

I just had the best customer service experience I have had in a really, really long time. This gal who answered the phone, I wish I remembered her name, but she held my hand and walked me thru an online order for a somewhat complicated issue with adapting a Kwikset handleset and deadbolt for a non-std thick door...and she was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. I haven't had too many of these experiences lately. Much applause to Door Locks Direct!!

Hello, I am writing to thank you and your company for such professional and excellent service on our recent purchase of a dummy door lock for our front door. I had shopped around, and almost purchased from another online company that I was not very pleased with the conversation I had with their representative. It inspired me to dig deeper online to find someone else selling the lock we needed. I am SO glad we did. I called and had a wonderful conversation with your representative, she was helpful and pleasant. I was unsure of ordering the wrong thing because I needed a specific style that requires the right or left side of the handle on the inside to be facing correctly. She helped me to feel confident in my decision. I ordered immediately online after our conversation. Very prompt shipping, AND upon opening the box, attached to the invoice, a business card with a name and phone number in case I had questions. Not only was it exactly what we needed, but it was the personal touches that are so hard to find these days that will make us refer everyone we know that needs door locks to your company. During the pandemic I ordered a door lock set for my front door. I contacted customer service twice to get a replacement for the strike plate that was missing but I never got one. I wound up buying it online and paying UPS to ship it to me.

We placed an order for 7 stainless steel extended strike plates. One was defective, so I called asking for a replacement. I was asked to take photos of it and text the photos to them, which I did even though I felt it was rather ridiculous for such a small and inexpensive item. They promised to mail a replacement, which we never received. We placed a second order for the same item and I called for the second time asking why we didn't receive a replacement for the defective strike plate from the first order. Richard, the owner again promised to mail one USPS to us and again...we did not receive one. Therefore, although the product was what we needed, we will not do business with Door Locks Direct again. I have better things to do with my time than making calls and taking photos for a product that should have been sent to us UPS with tracking.

Buying a new door handle was overwhelming. It is very difficult to find the replacement parts in a retail big box store, especially if you own a door with a double handle(active and non active). I looked at the website and was having difficulty knowing exactly what handle size and parts I needed to order. Thankfully, I called customer service and the woman I spoke to was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She had me measure my current handle and assisted me with telling me what my options were and exactly that I needed to order for a complete kit.Interior and exterior parts. My door handle size and design is a difficult one to replace. I received my order quickly and am thankful I found this company. I will shop here again. I do recommend calling to ensure you are ordering what you need and the size you need. I have already installed my handle and am happy with the product.

I’m a retired Architect and I will tell you that my experience with this company was nothing short of amazing. I was purchasing a Schlage electronic deadbolt that was extremely hard to find. If you could find it the price was double the suggested retail price. Door locks direct staff was great on keeping me informed and provided price at suggested retail. When I made contact I spoke with Jean who was knowledgeable and went the extra steps to help me out. I highly recommend this company. Dennis Kirkpatrick
