I placed a last minute order for a special event and Mark went out of his way to ensure the arrangement was completed, eventhough he had to come when they were closed. The flowers were beautiful and he honestly saved the day. Thank you very much for your help and exquisite flowers!

Called to place an order and was rudely interrupted, said sorry no more deliveries. Then hung up.Bad customer service…. If you’re booked up it’s fine… you can still treat others with a little more dignity and maybe offer something else? Or ask if I need help with anything else??

This arrived for my birthday. I can not speak on price as it was not my purchase, but quality and care are very abundant. This is very much what my nephews in Nj envisioned would arrive at my door. Creekside Florist did not disappoint in any way.

I recently placed a fairly expensive order for my 30th anniversary. I should have known better when the gentleman who took my order didn't ask me if I had any preferences in a vase or how I wanted the arrangement to look. For nearly $300 I expected a really nice vase and a beautiful arrangement. I specifically asked for them to be delivered in the morning, but I found out that they considered morning delivery is when they are loaded and sent out, not actual arrival time. They finally arrived around 3 pm. (I live less than a mile from the store.) What my wife received was very generic, not the grand arrangement I had envisioned. Flowers were pretty, and they lasted, just was disappointed with the arrangement as it seemed no creative effort went into it.

Trying to make, what is probably the most important flower order of my life. After repeated attempts all I've gotten is the same sorry our system is screwed up message. I used to be able to depend on this place. Apparently not anymore.

First I received someone else’s birthday flowers. I called to let them know, there was a mistake and they probably gave my order to someone else. They told me to leave it outside (in 90 degree heat) for them to pick up later (which I did not do of course because after all someone else was expecting those flowers for their birthday). They came, apologized, took the flowers and said some other stuff was on the way.At the end of the day my order did not arrive at the time requested, and it also arrived incomplete. I called but they said there was nothing they could do about it and that I had to call the company where I ordered these from. The flowers are beautiful but the service is very unprofessional.

We had a destination wedding.. traveling on a cruise ship.. we were not allowed to take real flowers.. I was lucky to find some flowers on Amazon. Called Frank a week before we sailed and ask if he would be able to make my bridal bouquet and a boutonniere …without hesitation, he said yes!! my bridal bouquet was amazingly beautiful. You could not even tell they were fake flowers.

Creekside never ever disappoints! My mom lives in Texas and I live in Illinois and anytime I send her flowers for a special occasion they’re nothing less than amazing. You have to order from here. Mark is a Florist Genius! My daughter's prom bouquets was ordered from HEB and it was a mess. I went to Creekside Florist the day of prom and 3 hours before pictures. Mark did his magic in less than 20 minutes and they were amazing! Mark saved my daughter's prom. Thank you Mark! I'll see you next month for graduation flowers.

Order at 1045 on Monday February 13th for delivery anytime on February 14th. My wife never received her flowers. I called and left one message, but had to call again. I was offered to deliver now or my money back......... Realize Valentines Day is a big flower day but the website says "LAST-MINUTE GIFTS THEY'LL STILL LOVE". I picked one of these, nothing super complex. I was told they had a computer glitch.

Flowers ordered for delivery on 2/14 were delivered on 2/15 after lunch, despite card indicating 2/14 delivery. Arrangement has broken flowers and looks NOTHING like the online picture. When we called to complain they said it was a computer glitch. Will never get flowers here again.
