Cara Pennell was amazing to work with. So friendly and informative. If this is the way the office is ran I cannot wait to be a long time resident of Camden Northpointe.

Karen Wells was the locator who assisted me with finding my new place and Carlos Cantu and Ms. Hillary have been awesome welcoming me to the community

I lived there for few months but never recommended anyone. Never felt safe, always see some strange thinks. Always smell weed at almost every corner of the building and not sure anything management taking care. Charge very high price but don't see worth of the money. I don't RECOMMEND yet all. Also my final moveout charges are crazy for a small dent on wall and small scratch on the wall charged for almost $300 and when i spoke to the admin , they said, i was charged for entire room painting . Surprised for a small dent and paint $300+ dollars.paid very very high rent but was shocked with moveout statement. Happy to talk.Further update : i was defending for small paint issues charged with$300 but the managed is ignored my request and saying they give third party collection agent. The stay in camden hunting even after i left the complex. Never ever look at this apartment in my life.

Yes, I first met Oscar Viteri who showed me the premises and a couple of apartments, I got satisfied and decided to move-in, and then Carlos Cantu finalized the process, and yesterday he helped me thru all the paperwork. He connected me with Chirp access. I’m happy with the whole process and will be moving my belongings this coming Monday May 8.

I was inquiring about an apartment here and I was going to go ahead and rent one. But my son who is a police officer told me about all the calls and dangers that this area has in particular with this apartment complex these are calls that are just from this apartment complex. He said there's danger everywhere mom yes but this particular apartment complex is ridiculous one time there was a dead body in a trunk, people have gotten their dog stolen. He said Mom you name it it happened do not rent here yes it's beautiful and nice looking but not worth it. And that makes me sad because I really wanted to move here and glad I didn't.

Hayley Carreiro, the leasing consultant who worked with me Monday, 3/20/2023 was knowledgeable, patient with my questions and went above and beyond to organize my options for me! She was exceptionally refreshing to interact with, particularly in this 'time' where customer service seems to be lacking; not with Hayley, she was great!!

Its a pretty nice apartment complex. Did often see cars broken into, luckily not my own vehicle. But, all my problems started after I moved out. I got a bill after moving out, charging me for damage to the wall, which ok, I understand and am happy to pay for that... but they charged me $100 pet cleaning fee for supposed damage to the carpet... I did not have a pet, nor were there any stains anywhere. I tried to reach out to them numerous times to resolve this issue. When I finally did get through to Carlos, he was rude. I was told, they pulled up the carpet whenever a resident moves out... that doesn't even make sense. I was told by him, that the manager, Cara, wasn't in and he would have her reach back out to me... never heard back from them. Then was told the same thing by Carlos AGAIN after i had to keep calling, and still didn't hear back. Eventually, months later, I get an email from Cara and they're refusing to remove the fee.Not to mention, the only reason I left was they were raising my rent to close to $2100... and the same floor plan is on their site for $1629.Will never rent at a camden apartment again.

Lived here for a few months now, absolutely love it. I have lived in other Camden properties before, and none of them have disappointed me yet!Update on my review….I moved out, I didn’t feel safe and they did nothing to help other then tell us “don’t leave valuables in your vehicles” and have HPD randomly drive through the complex. I even wrote several emails on how I did not feel safe, no response. There were constant car break ins, constant car theft, constant car vandalism. Random hooded people would do slow drive bys in the parking lot late at night. If you came home late, good luck finding parking close to your apartment. Move out was ridiculous, sent me a bill, yes I understood some charges, but then when I asked to come back over for a walk through to view the broken blinds (when I moved out they were working fine) no response. $140 for blinds. After all the Camden’s I have lived, this was the worst. The pool during the summer had constant parties and people in it that didn’t even live here. I would watch them leave the pool get their floaties and leave in their cars. I was never able to use the pool, too much riff raff going on to relax. The air quality in the gym was horrible. I could hear my neighbor upstairs stomping around like elephants, and smell their cooking food. I could hear full out conversations in the bathroom of my next door neighbor. My a/c never really got cold or moved air around as it should. Yea the staff was nice the apartment looked cute. I wont be back. I wont be renting anymore either, specially from another camden.

Decent apartments but the units are getting pricier. Maintenance is very responsive and knocks out requests pretty quickly.

Its almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone, yet when you stop by employees dont seem too busy... I have worked in customer service for over 25years now and their office representative "Carlos" was just rude. Staff at their main center who you get transferred to when noone picks up the phone there was super helpful & nice.

BEWARE! I lived here as my first apartment out of college (a two year stint across two different leases). BEWARE- upon move out they WILL charge an EXCESSIVE amount of money for small repairs.I had a $975 charge (just about my normal rent rate initially- not at the end) for CARPET REPLACEMENT. I have photos of when I moved out of my apartment, where the carpet was VERY MUCH SO LIVE-ABLE. It definitely WASN'T new carpet moving in, but I read charged for the total replacement? Bullshit. After emailing and contacting them many times, they failed to get back to me about the charge. It's moved on to someone else, and am having to dispute a charge that NEVER should have been on my account in the first place.

I've lived here for over a year and am moving to be closer to my workplace. The reason I give three stars is only for the maintenance workers who are super fast and very kind and the community. Everyone in the complex is super nice and talkative. The outside of the apartments and the facilities are well kept and very nice however the inside of the are extremely poor and cheep and for the price they ask. I've lived in a lot of apartments and this is by far the most disappointing. things break constantly and look very dirty, the style is also pretty outdated. Things like light fixtures and ice makers are unreliable somedays the lights will work others they flicker like crazy or don't turn on at all. The water pressure is awful especially on the third floor. The weatherstripping on the door is pretty much non existent so you will end up paying more in heating and cooling. My biggest complaints would be with the leasing office and management they are extremely unkind and rude in most all interactions. There was an instance with my boyfriend who lives with me where he had a rental due to a car wreck where his car was totaled and he contacted the leasing office to get on the no tow list while he used that car. Since they couldn't give him another parking sticker and he was unable to salvage his original from the car. Along with having the car on the no tow list he had the ticket up on the rear view mirror that he had been instructed to put their to ensure it would not be towed. The day he had to return the rental the car was towed by the complex and when we asked for compensation since we had been promised there was no chance of it being towed they completely stone walled us and refused to even speak with us about it. It cost him $600. There are also a lot of robberies and car break in as well as tires stolen almost every night. The exit gate breaks often. And the security systems in the apartments DO NOT work. The one factor that I do love and think is genius is that they have food trucks come regularly during the month and they will send out emails to show you the schedule. I would say definitely overpriced we paid 1,400 a month just for rent for a one bedroom one bath and i'd say only worth about $800-$1,000 for the quality of the living space compared the other places I've lived this is the most expensive and worst quality.

Liars and Crooks! Charged us $500 for new carpet due to a pet stain. We never had a pet! Their proof was a pulled up carpet with a stain on the bottom. Completely bogus bs. Then they said they had to "air" out the apartment for 2 days....what a joke. Maybe they should contact the people below us and to the side of us smoking weed 24/7. That's where the smell was coming from.In addition to this there is no security at all. Multiple vehicle break-ins occurred weekly. Their response was it's not our problem but your's.DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS!

I've been living here for over 3 years now. Very nice place to live, maintenance has been prompt in the event when something was needed to be taken care of. This is a whole lot closer on where parents live at since they're a lot older now. In 2019, with my retirement being eminent at that time. This gave me a chance to get away from a previous apartment complex that I had lived at for 27 years due to some very bad stuff that was going on in that area. At the time when I retired in 2020, I didn't want to be hanging around over there since some moments happened during my 38 year career.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. MANAGER IS AWFUL AND VERY RACIST. They will promise you so many things and not uphold. My vehicle was broken into 2x while living here and they refuse to press charges and they lie about having cameras. Bad, bad management & staff.
