An absolutely wonderful place to live! They keep the area clean and are always on top of concerns and work orders when needed. The staff in the front office are lovely and so kind they are always here and are so helpful. Definitely my favorite complex I’ve lived in the Tomball area and see myself staying for a while :-)

My experience finding a place to call home was very challenging until a friend told me about Bridgewater! I had no hope left I felt this was God's perfect timing. I walked in an like a breathe of fresh air Tina she's a hardworking and committed woman and she made sure before I left I had a place for myself and my babies to call home! I'm truly grateful Tina deserves every blessing coming her way. WE HOME NOW

There are understandably some ups and downs living in an older apartment complex. That's said, we are kind of stuck in terms of a repair issue. One bathroom in our unit has a very foul odor that periodically comes from the drain. The drain also stops up from time to time. Multiple requests for inspection and repair haven't brought anything other than a shoulder shrug. They don't seem willing to bring a plumber out to book. They've stated that a plumber has come out to inspect. That seems more than slightly doubtful since I work from home and would have had to unbot the outer door for them to enter the apartment. One or two other reviews have referenced something similar.So I don't really know quite what the issue is. But it doesn't seem to be on its way to being resolved anytime soon. If a work order is submitted, it's just closed. Which isn't exactly helpful.

I saw went and toured these apartments a week or so ago with Lupitia.. .she was so friendly it was raining and i even went late in the day and she still took the time to give me a tour. I really would like to move to these apartments.

I love living here the new renovation is amazing and it just suits the place perfectly fine.I love the lady Lupita in the office she’s always so nice and very helpful when I need something for my apartment I love it.. keep up the good work .

We are being forced to pay a mandatory monthly fee of$35.00 called a "community fee" to contribute to a monthly party that we never attend . This $35.00 fee is not optional. This fee is attached to our rent , so if we refuse to pay it,our rent will be DELINQUENT! How can this be legal?????? The one star is only for the descent management! I need that $35.00 applied to: WATER BILLPARKING BILLELECTRIC BILLGASFOOD,etc...you know, FRIVOLOUS things like that!?????

Bridgewater is rent is to high they charge for everything from water trash pest control you name it and they getting higher

Used to live here years back and it was alright, but this new management they got along with the maintenance crew ,make it a great place to live at. Management is always helpful and responsive, and they make sure your maintenance requests get completed ASAP, they really care about their tenants.

Long Review but to sum it up this place is awesome. I've been here since Oct. 2014 and everybody has there own experiences here. Since I've lived here it's always been good but the last year with the new ownership and the management team it's been great . I love living here and here's why. Every time something needs attention they take care of it. The maintenance personnel are very good and the new owners are making this place something worth your money. The trees are beautiful.All my neighbors are great. I love all the Young families with there kids here. Safe as anywhere to have your family. It may sound like I'm delusional about living in a apartment complex but in my opinion this place that I call home is as close to perfect as your going to find.

I love living here ! Very close to everything people are friendly. I personally want to thank all management for all there hard work and the care they provide for Tennants. Lupita& Lili (office) jose, vicente&Carlos . The maintenance crew for responding Quickly for all repairs.

I love living here, it was my first time getting my own apartment and they helped me every step of the way. Management was great in answering all my questions and Lily was very upfront and honest when it came to my concerns.
