The most helpful staff ever. Ray hooked me up with all the support I needed for my steeltoe boots. They have a great selection, even for non-traditional boot styles.

Purchased a pair of Wrangler jeans a little over a month ago and they tore after very little use. They didn't even fit me tight or anything so it was pretty obvious they were just a defective pair. I was worried I wouldn't get to return or exchange them since it had been over a month and I didn't have a receipt but Jaden immediately found a replacement pair for me and thanked me for the business. Great customer service!

Great selection, clean store, you'll find something to spend your hard earned money on. The customer service was great.. right up until me and my mom were checking out. As I was about to pay an employee engaged in conversation with the cashier behind the counter. I didn't care about that, have your conversation and move on. But this young lady decided to whip her finger in front of my face, in between me and my mom and pointing at something behind the cashier. Honestly the rudest interaction I have ever experienced in a store. I don't know how long she's worked in the store..but she not only needs a lesson in customer service but COMMON DECENCY AS WELL!
