If I could rate them as zero I would. Most terrible customer service I’ve experienced. Bob hung up on me. After ordering a part TWICE, having me pay for it and it still did not show up. I choose to go else where. Terrible this is why no one goes to advanced!

Extremely knowledgeable staff, I was greeted when I walked in, best prices on brake pads and the only Auto part store that had them in stock!

Their prices are pretty good and they are about my go-to parts house... However their Auto parts don't seem to be any more advanced than any other place. Also I have tried and they will not give you the parts in advance of payment, so I'm not quite sure where the name comes from but overall it's a pretty good place

Very nice staff and store is clean and organized. Unfortunately they always have to order product from their other stores. Don't have enough merchandise in stock at this location.
