I love Dr Ngo. She's amazing, but front desk staff that answer phone calls are always rude and become irritated easily. If I didn't love my doctor so much, I would change offices immediately due to the front desk staff. The truth is a medical practice/office is only as good as their staff. It doesn't matter how much a patient loves their practitioner. Terrible staff will cause patients to leave eventually!

Matt the PA, from The Aldenbridge office, who addressed my issue even called me at home on his day off when the office notified him that I had questions regarding the prescription he wanted me to take. I was very thankful for his time and attention.

Waiting for an hour and 40 minutes. Initially told 30 min late. No responses. Booked us in taking me to the back room and let us wait some more. When the provider arrived she mentioned a totally unrelated issue. Not taking into account that we have jobs as well to attend to

Will not be returning, husband and I booked wellness visits that are covered 100% by insurance. They billed my husband $126 without even doing bloodwork! Reasoning “asked for med refills”. Warning on billing here!!

Highly recommend. I took my son to see Dr Marina for a wellness checkup. The front desk ladies were kind and were informative. They were very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. Will definitely be back.

a year or 2 ago i went in with chest pain i was having for months and they did an ekg said it wasn't my heart and then left, no actionable advice of follow up questions about what i was feeling. went in a 2nd time a month later dame thing.edit: they once gave me a recipt and i talked to billing saying they charged me twice and tried to fix it they made me to through insurance, the next time i asked for a receipt it was fully different and unreadable with jargon instead of what it was billed for

I have been a patient of Highland Woods Health for a few years. Both locations are very clean, and the staff is fantastic. I saw Jody Luke today, who I have never seen before, for a last-minute appointment, and I couldn't be more impressed with her bedside manner. She was patient with me, attentive and thorough, and covered all of her bases with diagnosis and treatment. Everything was explained to me clearly and concisely. It was pretty refreshing because the NP I usually see at Panther Creek is always in such a rush that I feel my questions are burdensome or that my concerns are illegitimate and usually leave like I have something I left unsaid or that I forgot. I am so pleased with Jody Luke, and I think this is my new doctor!

Outstanding service. I was in the area and stopped in to schedule my flu and Covid shots. The receptionists, after Cking my file said “how about now?”I was in and out in 6 minutes!
