The teachers are great but the corporate office is the worst I've ever seen. They are not responsible and the worst customer care. They were supposed to pickup my daughter from her school at 3:00pm but at 4:10pm I received a call from my daughter's school assistant that the daycare has not picked her up. After investigation I found that they didn't pickup because someone has Covid in the school and they decided not to pickup anyone from that school. But I'm wondering why they didn't call me or the school at 3pm when they made that decision and they just ignore those children of that school and they simply answer that they couldn't do that. They only care about money and nothing else.

My daughter love this daycare she has friends that greets her everyday when she arrives the staff is absolutely nice and welcoming. The kids interact so well with each other they're not all over the place this place is very spacious and well organized. Hidden off in the Woodlands area but worth the experience for your child!

The teachers are absolutely great. But the corporate office is awful and for two years they have been unable to make simple changes in tax documents. Overall it's a good place for your kids and the teachers and staff are great but it's a terrible corporation to deal with.

My three year old daughter has attended this school since she’s been 4 months. throughout the years the staff has evolved and I couldn’t be happier with the current director and team (which has been there for 1.5 years approx) They have been very coherent and flexible but most importantly, they have been so nice to our girls. Ms Jennifer; Ms Brittany and Ms Jessica at the front desk leading the teams are awesome!! I couldn’t be more grateful for the commitment they show every day!! And most of the teachers have also been great. Gold star to Ms Kim, preK teacher, who is very experienced and has focused her attention on helping my eldest catch up with her peers, as ahe transitioned into her class. They have planned special activities throughout the entire summer, which made it so fun!! I completely trust the team in charge and I’m thankful for the excellent care they give to my little ones. Highly recommended!

Infant care -Had my son in here for a few months. Everything was great in the beginning classroom was nice and clean later on started noticing little things like people walking into a classroom with no shoes on or barefoot or with sneakers on carpet. They started to lack effort in keeping up with the feeding schedule. They would feed him the first bottle of milk after drop off and then baby food on time and then after maybe 2 PM leave him for up to three hours or more without feeding until he starts to cry hysterically. Lack of employees per classroom due to poor scheduling, had an employee that looked like a child and always saw her struggling with the little ones. literally just let kids play and do whatever on an every day basis. For activities they tell you they do things with them every day which is bull. Once a week if your lucky. One of the employees had the audacity to ask me my sons nationality& what made me decide on his name just because he’s not white. If you’re Hispanic or black and they will definitely be leaving your child cry and cry until they feel like they have time to attend their needs knowing there is a camera in the room. I also spoke to the director about taking my son out of the classroom because I can only see him while he was in a certain classroom and they still continue to pull him out of the classroom that I have a live access to the put him in another classroom where we can’t see where he is what he’s doing and who is he with. I literally mentioned all of my complaints and made a list of my complaints to the director and that nothing changed which is what made me take my son out. Good luck to you all searching for a daycare it is rough out here in the Woodlands.

The Children’s Courtyard of The Woodlands at Six Pine is The Most Irresponsible School ever!! My daughter was there when she was one year old. In her room, there was a kid who bit other kids all the time. We got FIVE incident reports in a week. We unterstand that biting for kids at this age is normal. So every time we asked the teachers to pay more attention. The very next week we were called to school. We saw our daughter crying like hell, half of her face was swollen badly, three obvious biting marks on her face, and the deepest one was right at the corner of her eye still bleeding. The director at that time told us it happened half an hour ago and they just washed the wounds and put on ice. We rushed to the ER and waited a whole week for the swollen and the biting marks disappearing. Judging from the wounds, it couldn’t just happen in a few seconds. There were two teachers in the room with about 10 kids. How could they not find out and stop it until it got that bad?! How could they not be more careful when biting incidents happened so many times within a few days?! During all this time, we didn’t get any kind of apology! The director just said these kind of things happen and gave us a secondary school insurance which supposed to cover our $700 out of pocket medical charge. In the next year, after we contacted that insurance over 20 times, we got ZERO compensation and we finally gave up. Several years passed, but now you can still see the scar next to her eye. This school didn’t take care of the kids. They didn’t even say sorry and of course no compensation at all. It might be too late to share our experience. But you should think twice before sending your precious kids there.

Stay away. We went here for over a year. It was acceptable at first. Then after a management change it went severely downhill. I had to unenroll my children quickly as I felt they were no longer safe at this facility. Some of the teachers were even hateful towards my child even going as far as being noticed by other teachers. There were roaches in the growfit room and there were baby roaches indicating an infestation noticed by more than one member of my family as well as myself. The upstairs older kids wasn't any better. In the summer and on holidays they would play PG rated movies for is going into kindergarten and older for two hours a day. PG means PARENTAL guidance. Not a choice I want taken from me. They even lied about it by saying it was NBD since it was from Disney Channel. They let my 5yo watch Teen Beach Movie. Which I would never have let my child watch on the first place. They told me it was G and in fact it is not rated at all. Lying is where I draw the line. The early morning teacher rarely shows up on time. The facility opens at 6:30 and they would expect parents to drop off the kids at the front desk instead of maintaining a stable environment for the kids. She still getting her own kids ready instead of having the classroom ready to accept children. This place is a nightmare and not safe. I work in a hospital so when I would pick up my kids, I would leave my shoes in the car. After stepping in vomit or dealing with contact restricted patients. I wasn't going to bring that into the daycare facility. I found out later that the staff would gossip about this fact instead of asking or saying something. So negative and so terrible we had this experience. Early childhood education should be better especially at this cost. I noticed neglect in the baby classrooms too. Teachers on the phone while babies cry. Just check the CPS website. It honestly speaks for itself .

I love the new management team they have here now. We left almost a year because the daycare turned into a babysitting place. We came back 2 months ago after hearing great thing from our neighbors that stuck it out. My 4 year old is in an APK class that is a prep for Kinder and she has learned how to read, write etc. and it's only been half a year. I can't wit to see what the rest of the year brings! The place looks great, very modern and it's CLEAN! What a transition it has made. We are now on the waiting list for our infant :)
