I guess if you don't tip the employees downsize your smoothie here but at least mine was somewhat thick instead of runny. The drive thru locations are better for this reason. Because tipping culture has gotten out of control.

I came in at a really busy time on a saturday and expected a bit of a wait time, but I waited at least 35 minutes for an online order.I understand teens work fast food jobs typically but where is a manager? Two kids working making 15+ orders at peak hour and getting yelled at for taking too long… but where is an adult or extra help? How are two teens expected to make 15+ orders with people still walking in to order by themselves? The management should be ashamed to leave a shift like this.

Brenden took care of me today and he was AMAZING! I've been coming to smoothie king for years but never have I been taken care of like this. I told him I was tired and cramping from the gym, and that I wanted a nutty super grain. He suggested that I get the Strawberry banana Gladiator sub peanut butter instead of strawberries. He explained why and it made sense, so that's what I got. When I tell you this is the best smoothie to ever come out of ANY location! Dudes the . I'll be back(Side note, please add dates to the menu)

door and google says they are open at 7am Monday-Friday but when you get to the location it's closed.

Amazing service!!!!! We got there late, right before it was time for them to close. But they were still super sweet, friendly, and professional. They made our order, and it was Amazing! They are AMAZING!!! Excellent Customer Service! We will definitely be back. Thank You!!!!

My online order came sour and hardly frozen. Ask for another as I didn’t get any issues but when they took my drink to the back I didn’t want to imagine if they were up to no good so I just threw it away never coming back to this one.

Do you just add extra ice to the smoothies on free upsize friday and not add more ingredients? they sure look and taste that way. If so, I am better off just ordering the small because they are not the same. I am drinking a chocolate slushie

terrible experience because of cashier today. he overcharged me for my drink and when I pointed it out instead of changing it he got annoyed and ruined my drink. I usually love smoothie king but i’m not coming back to this one

It smells SO bad in there, I couldn’t stand it so I left without even ordering! Can’t comment on the service or the quality of the smoothies but the smell alone made me gag.
