This dealership is absolutely the worst possible. The car buying experience was great but once my down payment got wired to them they were so hard to reach back with my phone calls/emails. I'm still waiting on my license plate to arrive and warranty questions because my A/C doesn't work after I purchased the vehicle. It's been 7 months!!! No call backs after promises to call back. Emails not returned. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the DMV over my license plate.

Meriah and Bianca were super helpful every step of the way. The car I received was exactly as pictured and everything I wanted. The team worked with me to make the buying process less intimidating and we’re able to give me a car note well within my budget. I get so many compliments on my car. Everyone thinks it’s brand new.

Recently purchased a vehicle from EvrDrive thinking the online process may be easier on me than going into a dealership. They were very communicative with me during the process, albeit slow. Had a few problems but the Owner of the company promptly helped take care of everything. Great customer service.

I would highly recommend Evrdrive in The Woodlands. Bianca, Tayler, Meriah and all other staff were very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The vehicle was an Anniversary present to my husband and they understood my time crunch that I was in to be able to get it in time and they all worked hard to help me achieve that. The whole process was hassle and stress free - the way buying a vehicle should be!The vehicle I purchased was just as described and I am happy with how everything came out.

I had some problems getting the car from them but the President of the company contacted me and fixed everything. I was very happy with the outcome. Then we had an issue with getting handicapped plates. They made me go to the license plate office to get mine instead of mailing them.

Terrible costumer service. Once your done with the sale costumer service is non existent. Its been 90 days and I still haven’t gotten my license plates. I’ve been the one calling for a month about this with out a response. They always say they will call back but that never happens. All that paperwork it’s done by a third party that they don’t even have a way to contact them. Just beware that if you buy from them you’ll be with out license plates for a looong time.

Buying from Evrdrive was a lot different than a traditional dealership. What compelled us to buy was the prices and the Evrpower warranty. Aside from some technical issues, overall the outcome was a blessing ?. We're in the 7day trial period and the vehicle is working great so far. Bianca, Meriah, Gyselle and Sidney were very helpful throughout the process. On the day we picked up the vehicle Sapphire and David did a great job of presenting us with a 2021 Ram 1500 Longhorn Limited Edition in the Texas heat. ? Thank you Evrdrive! The Rectors

June 1, 2023 sold my 2001 Boxster to Sidney. He made the experience easy and we settled on a reasonable price. This is a good company which gives market rates and does not low ball the consumer. Highly recommend
