They take multiple days a week and don’t deliver mail. This is confirmed.
This week they claimed we weren’t home to receive a certified letter. We are home always. They lied.
We requested delivery today, nothing. They don’t even bother to try.
Dishonest workers.

They open at 8:34 am when they supposed to be open and ready to go at 8:30 am. The guy there was rude because I was in front of the door by 8:32 am. I said good morning and he didn’t answer back. He said just do your return yourself in over there. It’s my first time I didn’t know how to do it. And after he saw me struggling he came like in an upset attitude and he said you already did it got my label and gave it to me like annoyed! Bad service sometimes, be careful who you hire there.

The worst USPS in the planet. How in the hell do you mark a package delivered in parcel, not leave a key, plus neither parcel is functional... They must hire folks straight off the short bus to work there. Please look at y'alls reviews. See how horrible yall are at your job.

You would think the professionalism in at this location would be a bit better. However that’s far from the case. The staff are very rude and ghetto. Put a hold on my mail and I assume it was never put in. Sent my spouse to retrieve our mail and he was denied although he had all documentation to show proof of our address. The post master needs to go over there and replace most of the workers they have it’s very disgusting. I have video of how nasty and rude they are in that place and plan on filing a complaint on everyone I dealt with. If I didn’t put a hold on the mail how in the world did you send a stamped document to confirm. Seems anyone can work here and have zero customer service skills. Even the lady that’s in charge they claimed was the post master was nasty. Do better this isn’t a good luck and by the looks off the ratings this isn’t a first for them

I came in with a return and they told me I needed to seal it myself. UPS and FedEx do it for you. Waste of time this place.

Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a USPS was this place. Formal complaint against this post office after a horrible interaction with a woman named Denise. Denise would call me as a follow up to a package marked delivered that of course, never was. USPS marked it delivered at my door (despite parcel lockers where ALL packages have gone prior to this incident), on a day I work from home. Denise would accuse me of lying, asked me how I know it wasn’t delivered, I told her I literally work from home, and it was not delivered. Denise then asked if I own a camera to verify, like WHAT?! When I became irritated with the line of questioning and asked why my secure locker wasn’t used to avoid any confusion she responded with “well she delivered it to you so you need to take it up with the sender”. When I requested a manager for this awful engagement she hung up. When I called back she immediately hung up again, and when I called a 3rd time, she had someone else answer. I almost wish this was made up with how absurd the entire interaction was and again I HAVE A SECURE LOCKER THATS ALWAYS USED.

Jessie, the mail carrier for my area did an amazing job helping me to resolve an issue accessing my apt mailbox to retrieve my mail. He went above & beyond to help me figure out the situation. Denise also did a wonderful job checking in with me and following up to make sure I was finally able to access my mail box. All of the staff are patient, kind & attentive! :) Thank you again.

Russ is the carrier that delivers to my business via this post office. And I must say he does a great job! He goes above and beyond. When your a business that relies on package deliveries its nice to know you've got a mail carrier that takes that seriously and if an issue arises, tackles it. Russ has done that for me several times and deserves to be recognized.

Complaints will get you nowhere in this place, they all know each other and look out for each other.. after you put in a complaint on them and they find out the name, they start being vindictive with you mail and packages. You probably think this is far fetched, just wait until you put in a complaint, and they find out who it was, they will do the same to you. There is no reason the whole post office should know about the complaint I put in on a carrier, unless they are gossiping about it. Unprofessional..
Edit: I just wanted to come back and check to see if this place still has horrible employees, and what do you know, nothing has changed. Lazy, incompetent, bums still employed

Whoever sorts and delivers mail needs to get it together.
For the last 3 years, our mail and packages has consistently been delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all. I’ve had to open multiple tickets and file multiple claims to be refunded for what they’ve ruined. I’ve also never been refunded for the full amount of damaged or lost items.
God help you if they send you to the annex for undelivered mail. I’ll save my comments on that for a separate review.
