Great service the last 3 times I have been here. All the other pharmacies I’ve gone to don’t answer the phone and never discuss what medications I’m taking. My prescription was transferred here due to a shortage and I couldn’t be happier. These guys are phenomenal and have a very down to earth attitude, making driving 10 miles out of my way worth every minute!

Usually have a normal grocery experience. Not exceptional but I get what I need and move along who cares. I went this morning to get a few items which totaled around 45 dollars. Laurie on register 10 was just rude as heck! Granted, it's 8:30 am so I can have some type of understanding that you can't break a 100 dollar bill but the way she went about it was like ummm okay? Asked if she could break it and before I finished the question she cuts me off with "I cant do that right now". It adds some frustration because I don't have much on my credit card but it's cool I'll figure it out. Then she says "just let me have it I'll try to get a loan I guess" with the worst attitude. I just ended up giving 20 in cash and put the other 25 on my card to shut her up and leave. Ma'am idk who took a dump in your cornflakes this morning but I'm just trying to buy my Alfredo sauce and go back to this crappy life like the rest of us. Smile once in awhile it'll do wonders!

Dont use the pick up method. I placed my order 5 hours ago for a pick up window 3 to 4. Arrived at 345. Sat in parking lot for 30 min only for someone to come out and ask me my last name and said my order would be canceled today because of no staff. Ok then why wouldn't you alert me by email or phobe call or text etc instead of waiting until i get here and wasting time. This is the second kroger that this has happened. I highly suggest Kroger suspend this service until they can get it together. I would rather pay higher prices at Tom Thumb and know i can depend on them than to have the hassle of crap service.

The employees at this Kroger are HORRIBLE, NASTY PROPLE. For years I would walk to this store every evening with my brother and we would get quite a few things every time. We could of gotten everything once a week but we enjoyed the walk. It's like a like 5 - 10 minute walk and we just enjoyed the little bit of exercise and the conversation. We're both in our 30's and were insanely nice and respectful to everyone. When we would be walking in if we walked by any shopping carts we would grab them and bring them in for them. If we ever ended up going late (near closing time) we would make sure we were in and out before they closed. In order to do that we would split up and quickly grab everything, meet at the self checkout, pay then leave. Well eventually we started noticing 2 or 3 employees that would follow us and act like they were stocking or cleaning. We didn't care because we were doing nothing wrong but it was still a little strange. Well that all came to a head one evening as we were walking down an aisle. We heard someone walking up behind us saying "excuse me." We turned around to see this female manager with an angry look on her face stomping towards us. She pointed her finger in my face and started yelling "YOU NEED YOU TO LEAVE WE KNOW YOU'RE SHOPLIFTING AND WE'RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE!" Obviously confused my brother and I looked at each other then back at her. She proceeded to yell at me saying "OH DON'T GIVE ME THAT STUPID LOOK! YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID AND I HAVE SEVERAL EMPLOYEES WHO ARE WILLING TO TELL THE POLICE YOU ARE SHOPLIFTING!" Confused and getting angry I asked "How can you prove I did something that I didn't do? And what exactly are you accusing me of stealing?" Angrily she replied "MY EMPLOYEES WILL TELL THE POLICE THEY SAW YOU DOING IT! AND YOU STOLE FROZEN PIZZAS AND TOOTHPASTE!" Confused and kind of thinking we were being messed with, as we thought we had a good relationship with the employees, my brother and I looked at each other and kind of nervously chuckled. We really thought they HAVE to be messing with us because we did nothing wrong and this accusation came out of NOWHERE! As we chuckled her face went DARK RED and her voice got louder. She got in my face and yelled "GET OUT OF MY STORE OR I AM CALLING THE POLICE AND TELLING THEM YOU'RE ROBBING US!" Ah that point she stepped back and her whole demeanor changed. She looked at my brother and said "You're okay we don't have a problem with you! You can finish shopping." Then she just looked back at me with a face like she was hoping I would just explode. I was going to tell her to call the police and I'll stay standing EXACTLY WHERE I WAS so she couldn't say I "hid or removed" all the "shoplifted items." But when I looked at my brother he looked incredibly embarrassed and I didn't want to put him through that. I just said "Okay" and calmly and politely exited the store and walked a good distance away to wait for my brother. This isn't the only terrible experience I have had here but this is one of the worst. The others were basically them REFUSING to accept a return on an item that they sold defective or in unusable condition. Example items missing the internal safety seal. The old Hispanic lady in customer service intentionally sent me around the store saying she would accept an exchange. However one of the times I changed my mind about 20 seconds after walking away. As I got back to the front I could hear her in the office telling other employees how she was gonna make me walk around a bunch then just tell me she wasn't gonna do the exchange at all. They were all laughing and giving her ideas of what to tell me to do next. When she turned around and saw that I had heard them she just approached me, shoved the item I brought to return into my chest and told me to get the f**k out of the store or they would call the police. They are some of the most disgusting me

I was treated badly here by a manager (or guy in the back who presumably is the manager). He was not polite and made me feel VERY uncomfortable. Not cool, considering im a nice person and treat people respectfully, and everyone else here has been so kind.

It's funny to give such a seemingly basic store 5 stars, but I've had multiple great experiences here and I thought a shout-out was in order.Shannon in floral saved the day when I needed an orchid for a special occasion and she held a good-looking one for me because they were running low. She totally made my day and stuff like that is what keeps consumers coming back. The Ultra Mega Kroger (aka Kroger Marketplace) at Josey/Main and 121 is bigger and has more in many ways, but I often find stuff at this smaller location that the gigantic Kroger is out of. Funny, right? But true, and this has happened at least 3 times. I won't tell you what products these are because I don't want you buying up all the honey in my honey hole over here... :)Employees are generally very friendly and helpful. One employee helped me find some of the aforementioned products in the massive amount of boxes she was unloading to restock, and she did so in such a happy-to-help way with friendly conversation that it's worth noting.Given the Ultra Mega Kroger's complete train wreck that is curbside (ClickList), I've found myself wanting to give this smaller, simpler Kroger more business. And they have yet to disappoint.
