I don't know who gave this store its high rating, but my experience here was horrible! Returned new brakes because they gave me the wrong part, but the clerk (hispanic male) actually took his fingers and scrubed them across the pad, trying to feel for dirt and grime! I stated to him that he can't be serious! He stated his boss told him to do this! I told him he was a liar! Oriellys does not encourage conflict in its stores. He called the manager, and the manager promptly did the return. No fuse what so ever. These are the types of incidents that get companies sued for no good reason.

The woman who works there is very despotic and angry, she is a Latina with long hair, she doesn't treat us well at all.
