I'm not a regular Target customer, I received a gift card from my employer for my birthday, so of course I'm going to use it.
I don't particularly like the vibe of Target or most of the employees, the customer service could use for revisions in my opinion, don't plan on going back anytime soon, unless I receive another gift card.?

I honestly wish I could give Target more stars, but the store seems to have gone down hill in the last year or so. Things are often disheveled, not enough cashiers, self checkout always has a line at least 5 people deep & they don't always carry items advertised by Target itself.

Placed my order online. Order was ready same day. I picked it up next day. The drive thru pickup was very easy and convenient.

Usually pickup service is really good. But we had to wait over 10 minutes to pick up one item. Eventually we went in and picked it up.

The remodel looks great. The pick-up area for online orders is so nice I thought maybe they were washing cars under it.Anyway, major issue: packed store today, 2 live cashiers, and a line that winded around the store and created confusion as to where it began. This was a Saturday and seemed drastically understaffed.

Store was a mess and employees didn't offer to help when asked. Actually she said she didn't work in that area and walked away. I know it's the holidays and there was a sale going on but there were literally PILES of merchandise everywhere and nothing was where it belongs. The entire section was a wreck and nobody really seemed to motivated to correct it. I ended up going somewhere else after looking for 20 or more minutes and not being able to find the matching sizes/styles I needed.
