We came in to open an account. Devan was happy to help us. She was friendly, informative, and personable. She explained our options, walked us through the process, and set proper expectations of the next steps. The process for setting up an account was easy, and were looking forward to continuing working with Capital One. Everyone was positive and helpful. This was a busy location, and customers all seemed very happy.

Unfortunately, I can't review the bank as a whole. This branch has been nothing but helpful. Capital One Bank, on the other hand, is a giant cluster*&K!! I opened a checking account because we were moving cross country and wanted a national bank. I ended up spending at least 8 hours on the phone trying to get access to my money once I deposited it.

My driver's license expired during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was told it would be alright by the DMV . I went to the bank to get some of my money . They would not give it to me because my license had expired . Even though I could prove who I was , and was standing there face to face . I'm changing banks ASAP.

Terrible place to have an account with. Long wait times. DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD HERE. They add $40 late fee if you are one day late and do not work with you at all.

A few months back, without telling me, they gave my Roth IRA to another company. When I called it. I was very rudely told "we sent a letter" Which was an outright lie because I received no letter or any other form of communication. I closed my bank account within the week. Stay far away from Capital One. They will screw you over any way they can.

Bank was closed for multiple days due to inclement weather. Even after most of other businesses reopened they continued to remain closed. Finally on Saturday they we’re supposed to be open at 9am and when I arrived they were still closed. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. So I called the corporate customer service number to see when they might reopen for business, they have no idea rather they are open or not because they cannot get anyone on on the phone either? They get the recording that indicates they are open for normal business. The corporate team assured me they were open for business, I assured them I was sitting in the drive through and they were not open. The bank finally opened at 10am after being closed all week while all other financial institutions opened on time. I would not recommend this bank for anything. The only reason I have any interaction with them is because of the business I work for uses them.

No accountability for THEIR mistakes. This past weekend my wife received a large packet from CO. When she opened it she sees every document related to her acct for the past 7 yrs. when she called and asked about it she spent several hrs on the phone and they told her that she requested all of that. (LIE), she didn’t request any of that. They have closed her accounts and won’t open her new accounts and they won’t let her have access to HER money. They are saying it could take a week to get straightened out. I’m in the process of buying a rental property and when they found that out they said it was a mortgage company that wanted the info, but they didn’t know the name of the mortgage company. (ANOTHER LIE), they said they wouldn’t request that and they don’t even know what bank she uses and she’s not on the loan anyway. (This was all after they said they heard her voice requesting it and it came from her number.This was their mistake but we are having to pay the price. We have banked with CO for about 20 yrs, but there won’t be a 21. She has been at the back for at least 4 hrs today and doesn’t have anymore answers than when she walked in there. They are totally incompetent and privacy is extremely lacking.

These people were amazing at helping me take care of some issues I was having with my accounts. We had 2 deaths in our family very close together & the person (Jason) that I talked to at the phone number the cashier told me to call went above and beyond anything I ever expected to make me feel better!
