I missed my time today due to the severe weather in North Texas. This guy text me accusing me of always missing when I have missed 2 times in the almost 5 years I have been going which I paid for... I never complained about other people being out there and cutting into my time or this guy taking forever to come outside and cutting into my time... but he wants to tell me today it's a pattern with me and I need to pay double for missing? It's quiet if you don't mind blaring sun in your face the whole time, they could at least offer some type of overhead shade... I definitely will not be returning after this though... this guy thinks he's the only person with land in Texas and can treat people like this lol...

Great shooting range, always have a good time when I come here! Nice and peaceful, it’s by appointment only so you have the range to yourself. I definitely recommend Poetry shooting club!!

Great place near Dallas to take your pup out to work some quail. Terrain reminds me of the Texas Rolling Plains. The Owner was an amazing man thats super nice and easy to work with.

I hesitate to leave a review of this place because it is a hidden gem. This is a great private shooting experience that allows you to get away from the inexperienced at a popular indoor range. We used the rifle range that extends from 100 yards out to 700 yards. If you have the equipment (appropriate scope and rifle) along with the ability to demonstrate 1 MOA accuracy beginning at 100 yards, you are able to progress further out at 100 yard increments.I really enjoyed speaking with Walter and found him to be very helpful. I will most definitely return. Memberships are inexpensively priced and expire/need to be renewed each September, just as hunting licenses do.

Great cover and water ponds for the dogs. Was able to run dogs and train for a full day. Walter had everything setup for us. Exactly what we were looking for.

Walter is very cordial and accommodating, allowing us to reserve a time spot, even though it was kind of last minute today. Being there by yourself and your party with no pressure from other shooters, taking your time and having nothing but the birds and wind to listen to is nothing short of amazing. Sighted in a handgun with a red dot optic and was able to shoot at 12, 25, 50 and 75 yards. Then afterwards had a great conversation with Walter. Do yourself a favor and call him today.

Great shooting range and best thing is you get the whole range to yourself. Owner gives great instructions, highly recommend checking this range out, especially if your into shooting out to 600-700 yards. Shooting benches are heavy duty concrete. Will be visiting this range a lot getting ready for hunting season

Nice, quiet place to shoot. Walter is very laid back. Great, private and loooooong range for use at a very competitive and fair price. Not as crazy as public range, was able to really give my kids 6, 8 a chance to get some practice with fundamentals. I shot my ar-10 at 400 yards and we were all plinking with .22 and 9mm. Excellent price, a little bit of a drive but it is well worth it.

We had a great time. Walt is the best. He's professional, extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Everything we needed for our day of shooting was thought of and done.
