Who says lighting doesn’t strike the same place twice was WRONG! We were so excited to finally have the ability to have fast WiFi. We were super pleased and referred all our friends and neighbors. However, in July our house was stuck by lightning because of the Antz Technology antennae on our roof. We have lived there for 20 years and never had a problem until the antenna was installed. The technician came out and replaced it and assured us it was now grounded and would NEVER happen again. I paid for the replacement of the tv and continued service. On Friday, the antenna was hit by lightning a second time due to no lightning rod installed and insufficient ground wire and it fried the new TV I purchased. We then went without service all weekend and all day Monday because they do not service on weekends. If the company compensated for the TV, lack of service and can either add a lightning rod and/or relocates the antenna, I will come back with a 5 star rating. If not, I would say find another company that takes care of their customers. To be continued......

I've had this service for a couple of years with little issues. But as of the last 4 months, the service is AWFUL. Half the time us doesn't work, it goes down at least twice a week and they can never tell me why. Go with anyone else, this service is the worse I internet service I've ever had. I'm without internet for at least 2 days/week. Awful service

I got the opportunity to work from home, but the only internet that was provided out where I live was Hughes Net. Which is absolutely horrible, even just for streaming Netflix on one device. So obviously working from home was a no go on that service. My neighbor told me about ants. I was skeptical but decided to take the plunge and contact the company to see what they could offer. They were honest and told me there was a possibility it might not support my VPN. I went ahead a gave it a shot and it's by far the best decision I have ever made. The internet is fast, and fully supports all the programs required by my job. I am so greatful to this company they made the impossible possible and I am forever greatful. If you're hesitant don't be, you won't be disappointed.

Service has declined overtime and T-mobile Hotspot has improved. 4 times the speed and quality for 1/3 the price... The past 2 years have been horrible, barely getting 1/2 of the service paid for and then finding out its double nat.

Their service doesn't get much worse than this. Internet goes out every other day for 15-20 minutes, not ideal if you work from home. Streaming cable or gaming online is basically not an option. Definitely the worst internet service I've ever experienced and for the price it's an awful value. But the people seem nice. At least they're friendly.

So far so good I'll let you know as soon as they hook it up. They couldn't hook it up not a strong enough signal. Too many trees in the way between our house and the tower. The techs were really good though. I would recommend them. They tried their best.

Let’s just start out by acknowledging that satellite internet is not my first choice of internet, but when you live in the country, that’s basically all you’ve got. However, Ants has honestly been the best internet we’ve ever had since living in Terrell.If we ever have any issues they’re quick to fix it, and most of the time they’re fixing an outage before you even realize one is happening.I work from home and we have a lot of devices connected to WiFi and it seems to do well. If you have to go with satellite internet, I highly suggest Ants!

I called to ask for wif service they said they would check and they let them know if they could put the service on and they never called and they didn't answer my call

Been a customer for about 3 months, service went out Sat. night, called their office Sunday morning about 6:30 AM left my name and number, thinking maybe get a call back on Monday. Well talk about surprised, they called back in an hour explaining what happened and their plan to get service back up for not only me but other customers. Not only have we been happy with the service before this but their fast service makes me realize we made the right choice to go with Ants. We went with Ants on a recommendation from our neighbor Joe Stephens and it was a great one, thanks Joe... ...thanks Ants....
