Nobody ever answers the phone, no matter what time you call. Shows how lacking customer service at this location is. I’ve called from the parking lot when the store is empty and they still don’t answer.

Awesome store, the gentleman that helped me with my returns was so kind, patient and such a blessing to me. Having never returned anything like that before I managed to cause a few kinks in the whole process which he was able to correct and get the returns organized and on their way back very efficiently. I didn’t make note of his name (I wish I had) but if he is not the manager he certainly is management material!

Service here has always been excellent. I’ve taken UPS & USPS and not a problem. Even Amazon returns are a breeze usually, unless I forget to do something. The employees I’ve dealt w has always been very helpful and kind.

By far the worst experience shipping an envelope. I paid the extra money to guarantee it would be there on time. It’s been over a week and the package still hasn’t arrived. They keep giving me different dates for the arrival. This is a time sensitive package worth a lot of money. I will never use UPS again and completely recommend FedEx. I could have used USPS and it would already be there.

Non existing customer service or empathy to just be a good person at this location. I went to this location with an Amazon return it was a heavy 50lb pool chemical so I used the handle to make it easier to carry. The lady at the front counter was agitated because the box was not sealed and she even mentioned I wouldn’t be able to use that box because it was open, I asked her if I could borrow her tape to seal the box and she replied I could purchase a roll of tape, I asked again can I just use your tape it’s sitting right here on the counter and she reluctantly taped the box. I pulled up the return label on my phone and she refused to scan and told me I would have to go home to print the label or I could pay $2 for her to print it , I asked her to just scan it like every other place does but she refused. When I asked to see the store policy she was even more agitated and said I could call the owner if I had a problem. I tried to show her the return police from Amazon it says to drop off at UPS i5 does not say to prime out three label, the bar code is so it can be scanned. Just a terrible over all experience.

To say the CSR was helpful would be an understatement. He made my shipment process go as smooth as possible and I was in and out of the UPS store in less than 10 minutes.

Just drove all the way over to this UPS store, and waited in line, instead of a Walgreens or some other store that could do a passport photo. If you don’t do passport photos, then take it off your damn sign!
