Went in today to get an upgrade, waited an hour and when it was my turn they told me I would need to come back because they close in 30mins and didn’t have time to do it.

It would be nice if they would either get more help or develop a bit more speed. I've been here 15 minutes with two people ahead of me and one left. I may end up doing the same thing.

Customer service is definitely not a priority. They're more about sales now. I asked them about a billing problem , and they gave me a phone number for customer service.

Your store says they close at 8:00pm on the website. Get here it's already closed, its a Saturday. You have it posted on the website close at 8:00pm. This place has a sign of temporary hours close at 6:000m.... why not put that on the website so when people find this place they can know they close at 6:00pm not 8:00pm like on the website which it says it's still open.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 1 person trying to service 10 people. I’m so glad that we discontinued our service with Spectrum. Employee was very rude and was even slower as customers started complaining about having to wait 45 minutes to and hour and a half to get service.
I went to the UPS store to return my equipment and when I walked in she said another one for Spectrum? I said yes. She said that they get bunches every day for Spectrum. POOR SERVICE.

The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help with my mobile issues. 100% recommend.
