I have never rented here. I have no experience with the service. I just drive by every day for work and they always have a funny or motivational message on their letter board facing the frontage road and I love them every day! Please never stop doing that!

Security mini storage, right it needs to be just "mini storage". My unit was broke into over the weekend and alot of my stuff was taken (roughly 6 to 8 totes of electronics). One would think that with the cameras down each row and the one on the gate you would see something. Especially since they are night vision cameras. Nope they are such poor quality that nothing shows up during the day. And at night the glare from the few lights that do work, white out the whole picture. Of course the computer that logs access codes and times doesn't work. But sure does work when they assign your code and take your money. Granted it is rent at your own risk but in the past 16 yrs of using mini storages (including this same one a few years back) I've never had an issue. But I can accept it and their apologies for the non working antiquated false sense of security they provide. But the worse part about this place besides all the hidden fees and lack of security, is they are full of bs. They told me they are having the access log computer fixed and had ordered two new cameras to be installed immediately. It's been two months, nothing....
