Was literally the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, milk and chicken along other items were left in the fridge the smell was horrendous. The room was not properly cleaned a random glove was also in the room. Also that was second room the first one smelled of mold and stagnant water. The staff was absolutely horrible and completely not understanding, they didn’t want to give us another room until we threw a fit. They were rude and highly unprofessional. Would highly recommended not staying here.

never come here its unsanitary (like legit) and the couch was all stained with some unknow red stains. The tv remote didnt work and you dont get to watch what u want its bad. The dresser was sticky and dirty same as the refrigerator, there was a drink left in the refrigerator and it stank. We told the manager about the stains and ect, she got her cleaners to clean the room and the girl cleaner was rude she speaked spanish and qe didnt understand but we guessed she wanted us to leave the room and we asked her if she wanted us to leave the room she said yes rudely. After that we went to the manager and told her we wanted a refund bc of all the nasty stuff in the room plus rude costumer service and she was said "thats now how it works and ect" i definitely recomend to never go their its a waste of money and its not worth the rest those rooms are nasty and if u look at the other reviews then u would probably agree that they are nasty. (Update) we went to get candy but came back with none working key cards qe had them with us the whole time and qe told the front desk. She said that they were expired tho i dont get it cus we booked it till the next day till 11.

Never come here we was going to make coffee then I saw how gross it was they never cleaned it out and we was checking the fridge and their was alcohol inside, the key cards don’t even work, everything thing is so dirty and dusty, and I think I saw a grossly dirty booger with a little blood on it it was gross!!!!!! Don’t remember and there is not ice at all and all I wanted was ice!!!!!!NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!

Don’t even know where to start, remote wasn’t working, my son was walking around in socks and they were black!! Toilet doesn’t flush!!!! After a long trip all we wanted to do was relax to be able to continue the rest of the trip. Yet here we are. Disappointed!! And that’s a major understatement!!!!! So GHETTO!

My family and I chose this hotel because of the high ratings. Boy, was it a mistake. The deadbolt did not lock, the toilet seat comes off the toilet, and the blow dryer doesn't work. We would have gone to another hotel except the fee was not refundable. We had to place the luggage cart in front of the door for extra security. I would not recommend staying at this location.

Place is dirty and the lobby feels like it's 100 degrees, the exercise room feels like it's 15 degrees higher than that... The exercise room is probably the worst I've ever seen in all my travels. The tvs are stuck on Spanish mode for some reason so 90% of the channels are supposed to be in English but somehow they're in Spanish or for the seeing impaired. The wifi doesn't work worth a damn and isn't even worth connecting to. The door to our room doesn't close unless you slam it MULTIPLE times as hard as you can (seriously). This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Nowhere near worth the price. There's better options literally across the street for MUCH cheaper. 0/5 would NEVER come here again

Terrible hotel, next to the highway, bad service, poor cleaning, lousy food, they changed my room twice, the bathrooms did not have water!Rooms in poor condition, dirty sheets, look for another option!Noteworthy details: Terrible, I would never return

DO NOT COME HERE. PLEASE DO NOT!I tried to make a reservation with the manager “Jagruti Patel”. I gave my name over the phone and headed over to the hotel.I recently went from one hotel to this hotel right after because the previous one was dirty. Then I google mapped this hotel.As soon as I went inside, I was greeted by the manager “Jagruti Patel” and I asked how frequently the rooms get cleaned. It was a legitimate question to ask, and when i asked, she got offended. I asked if it’s okay to inspect the sheets to make sure it’s okay due to previous reviews.She was offended, and said I know people like you who just comes in and sleeps the night over and complain to get free service.I apologized that I offended her and I said “I didn’t mean to offend you”. She said don’t be sorry, and told me to leave and get out. She was very rude and unprofessional.I explained my situation about coming from a previous hotel and to this one, and she didn’t care. I’m aware hotels have the right to refuse service but I was very professional and precise with conveying my situation and thoughts with her. I was not hostile or rude.As soon as I left, I went back to get her information and asked if she was a manager. She said no, and she said her name was “Jane” and said she “only works here”. She was clearly the manager and lied about her name.I know it was her because I searched up the manager’s business card and I found a picture of her face with that same name.They were going to charge me about $130 for one room, one bed for one night. There are better hotels than this one with better service and prices.I went to the DAYS INN and their management were so much better.PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. TAKE MY ADVICE AND HEAD TO THE “DAYS INN” INSTEAD. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

DO NOT stay here if your a clean well person for a nice place to stay. The rooms look nothing like the pictures and are disgusting and unsanitary. It is a complete scam to get your money and refuse you a refund when you find out how disgusting and unprofessional they Are. This was my mattress I pulled up the sheet. They do not wash them only throw over multiple sheets to cover how disgusting it is underneath. The locks on the door were sticky and nasty to the touch.stains on the bed. There were cracks in the walls and stains all over the couch. The room had no remote and was all over unsanitary. There is a reason they make these non refundable.

Front desk lady was super nice to us and greeted us kindly. Great customer service. We got to the room as it was ok and as we lay down we saw the sheets had blood and we’re not changed the rest from doors were all dirty and not wiped down. Although the customer service was great, the room, and the cleaning or lack there of was unacceptable and disgusting.

Best stay ever. Rooms were spacious and clean. We got a double queen bed and it also has an additional sofa bed. Website didn't mention that, so that was a plus. We slept very confortable. Definitely in my list of favorites for this area.Food & drinks: Hot breakfast was good
