Finding a trustworthy mechanic isn't easy. I had some work done at a previous shop. They fixed one issue, but broke another part – then couldn't find the part.
I took my older 4Runner to Hix, and they diagnosed it, fixed it, and did so within a reasonable budget.
I had called a few other close shops, but they seemed too busy to work with me. Blake actually listened and helped make a plan to repair.

John, Blake and Tanya provided exceptional service for my Jeep. I truly appreciate the transparency with what they provide you in terms of what needs to be done . The 300% inspection was definitely something I wanted due to the age of my Jeep. They provided an honest and thorough assessment of my 2009 Jeep Wrangler and went over everything that needed to be done. They are true perfectionists towards getting my vehicle back up to spec and used parts that they deemed the best. Overall a great experience and they stand behind their work. This was my first experience with Hix Auto and I know why I was referred to them. They take the time to go over everything with you and answer any questions you may have. The quality of the work and knowledge (especially Jeeps) is great. They make you feel like you are part of the family. I will be servicing my Jeep there regularly moving forward.

Went in due to a vibration in the front end of my truck. Dropped it off and within 15 min had it diagnosed, took their professional opinion, and now my truck drives better than ever. These guys are extremely talented and knowledgeable. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Hix now is providing a detailed list of things your car needs. John went over each detail. They identified an issue that I wasn't aware of. This allowed me a chance to take care of this before it became a bigger issue.
They also repaired the issue I had brought in my car for.
