I checked into my room, and was immediately greeted by Sam. He recognized my diamond status right away. He offered me an upgraded room for free. I stay in ALOT of motels( over 300 a year) this is the FIRST time that has ever happened. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I appreciate the customer service and will return

I called front desk about invasion of privacy and the clerk yelled at me telling me it's a maintenance issue. As I was trying to report the maintenance man himself for being the the problem. Stay aware!!!!

When we appeared in the room it stank badly but a little after that we turned the heat on and it was like burning even tho it wasnt high. I spotted some cockroaches on the ground but other than that the room was alright

Please do yourself a favour and stay at the motel right next door. This motel is the worst motel one can imagine with an extremely rude management, lack of hygiene, and no customer service. Do yourself a favour and try any other place but this.

Once I checked into my room, the room smelled damp like mildew. When I went to ask the front-desk clerk for a manager, she said no manager is available and refused me to connect me with them. When I called the front-desk phone a few feet away from her out of sight, she ignored the call and later said that she didn't receive any calls.
I have never received such horrible customer service nor any effort to improve upon accommodations that are so horribly misrepresented.
Additionally, the website and their business card says they offer Free Breakfast, but they do not and deny everything that is said on the website and the business card. Please no one come here ever again. The Days Inn across the street is a few dollars more per night and actually stay true to their claims.

sheets stained. towels stained. roaches EVERYWHERE. pool is green with a tarp in it???? but other than the cleanliness or lack thereof, it was ok.

There should not be a place like this, for God's sake it is disgusting, the bathroom was disgusting and the sheets and towels were stained. Abhorrent, abominable, appalling. They have the nerve to charge a pet fee while the room is riddled with cockroaches and smells of rot. Do not rent, even as a last resort. Just awful.
