This review is for Ruby, who works at the 31st Street HEB shopping center location. She's amazing. She has helped me 3x now and been nothing short of professional and efficient. It's always been easy to accomplish what I've needed every time that she has helped me. Great job ??I hope they realize they've got a great employee!! I can't say this for too many people I've came across.

Today, January 5, 2023, there is a male person from Jenaro who has a terrible job. I don't know why they give jobs to people, so instead of attracting clients, they run them until today is my last day in cricket because of that terrible and horrible customer service. customer

please allow customers to use your restrooms. my friend was turned away yesterday she was handicapped. she was hit by a car and died. if she would have been allowed to use your facility she might still be alive.

Sold me wrong cases had to go to another cricket to swap out, although she gave me a free screen protector for the trouble she put it on wrong and over my front facing camera.
