I was a victim of bank jugging, apparently this bank is cased often. BOA won't give video footage to the police without jumping through a bunch of hoops. Some even think bank employees are a part of this. No efforts to help, to prevent, and are aware this happens there.

Horrible. The people are nice here, but BOA in general is a dumpster fire. Go anywhere else.

Male manager on Saturday was a idiot told us our check wouldn't go through well it did. Worst bank I have ever been to definitely will never come back! Now I know why this place has bad reviews.
