We got our windshield dinged by a rock driving from Dallas during a long road trip, called and were squeezed in for an appointment right away.
Tina who helped us with customer service is an amazing person! So kind, engaging and funny. She was playful with our son and gave him some treats while we waited.
The repair was done quickly and the results were perfect. Highly recommend. Overall a great experience. Would be my go-to if we lived here. Thanks guys!

Our truck had a developing window crack over the past 12 months or so. Finally got around to selling the truck and knew that a broken window was not going to be a good selling point. I am new to the area and found I had a few options to choose from. After a little research I decided to go in and talk with Waco Auto Glass. In my mind I thought an OEM glass would be the best option but that was going to cost a lot more as I would have to order it through the dealership. WAG wasn't going to talk me out of it but they assured me that the extra time and money for OEM really wasn't required. They assured me that their standard order glass would work just fine. I said "okay" and made an appointment.
Got to the shop and within minutes they were ready to work on my windshield. The workers were efficient, friendly and most importantly careful. I was surprised that I could get in and out in under an hour. And the cost was super reasonable. The glass was perfect. No mess or fuss. Down the road I went.
I realize that people have special circumstances and something can go awry. In any business this can happen. But for a straight-forward windshield replacement it couldn't have gone better. This is just my one experience. When it again becomes necessary to repair a window or windshield on my car, I will gravitate back to WAG. Hope you have as positive an experience as I did.

Excellent customer service and super fast repair! Had a rock chip repaired on my windshield and they were able to come to me to fix it the same day I called! Great price as well! Would definitely recommend this place and will be my go to for all future glass needs!!

Found Waco Auto Glass a few blocks from my home in Hewitt. Spoke to Tina in front office earlier this week about getting a windshield as I had a crack that was growing. Since I had a bad experience with another vehicle years ago with a shop in Waco I expressed what I had been through in the past. They assured me it would not happen in their shop and would be good as new. If something comes up they will take care of it such as wind noise or leaking. When I got my truck back it looks installed perfectly with no issues. I am still waiting the 24 hours for it to cure and will baby it until then just from my experiences prior to make sure no issues. I would definitely go back to this shop as Tina and the owner are very friendly to work with and did an amazing job. When I was there Tina helped several customers on the phone with quotes on windshields and didn’t oversell things to them. I will update review if any issues (hope their isn’t) but currently am very satisfied with their service!
