No one ever answers the phone and the staff at this location (minus a couple) are not friendly at all. We rarely stop here and today proved the reason why. We stopped to get a burger, we asked how long it had been sitting there and if the bun was hard. The lady lied to us and sold it to us before we were ever able to get our hands on it. Once the transaction was done and we were handed the sandwich we found the bun to be hard as a rock. Instead of making a fresh one, they gave us crispitos instead. If we wanted crispitos we would've ordered that! No customer service skills whatsoever! I agree with the other person who posted about their drink selection, too....every time I go in there they're out of the drinks I want. This store, in my opinion, needs help with their employees and all.

Just got off work, 12 hrs in the sun. Bought a bag of ice and a fountain drink. Stood outside 103 degrees in the sun waiting for my bag of ice while the cashier just kept ringing other people up. After the 4th or 5th person I realized I was gonna be standing there a while. I left with no ice. I will never go back to this Cefco.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good hot food. Coffee and cold food options. Vapes, tobacco, lotto, etc also sold there. Gas and bathrooms available. Air pump usually broken though

Great place to stop and get a drink or a slice of pizza, plus I love snacks since I have sleep disorder, I can go pretty much anytime. I'm use to being in the Army so that's why I have my sleep disorder. So I'll always shop here especially there the only ones that pretty much open 24/7 Ty for the great employees. God bless ?

Fountain drinks have either too little or eay too much carbonation and/or water..... and that is the main thing I buy at the atore!

Being the oldest Convenience Store, continuing to do business, in Teague Texas; explains my low marks for cleanliness. Long term wear takes a toll on any highly trafficked business! Add to that, our smaller town's; lack of available personnel, and you may stop in to find a very busy Crew; doing their Best to keep it clean, while helping their Steady Flow of Consumers, such as we are. Lol... # My lower marks are for the following: ¤ Drink station spills, restrooms, and public flooring. (which, are scuffed & stained by visible wear & tear. ) Yet, it is so good to have our Cefco, here; Always providing a Quality of Service; we have come to know & expect from all this areas Cefco Stores & their Employees. ° And, though; I do wish this Store's location had more distance to maneuver between Parking spaces & the Fuel Pumps! As well as; the time & space to remodel ,the aforementioned: restrooms, flooring, & * counter tops ( * speciffically under the Fountain Drink / Ice machine & 'Slushy' Stations. & Adding= just a bit more space to set full Soda Cups down to get Lids on & straws- before, having to move around other patrons= where; # a wall between the Cold Fountains and the ample Hot Beverage Counters has caused many a spill & even fully dropped soda, as well. Though; I fuss; ... ¤ I still find myself going the longer route though town for a refill & may even to grab a Slice of Pizza or Hot Appetizer or Grill item. Which; are usually Fresh, & can be made to order directly, or, preordered (when available.) ¤ The Kitchen & open food areas, are always been Pristinly kept, and well shielded from contaminants! Oh, a heads-up~ Pizza by Slice; can get old if you stopping by later in the evening, just ask Cashier, if the cook isn't visible... yet, they're usually sold before hand= in my experience. I work night shift and there are no places open all night in this town for food. I tried to call in a pizza and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Over and over again I tried. I know they aren't so busy they cant answer the phone, because it's in the middle of the night. Very disappointed.
