The service department is absolutely terrible. In fairness, I believe most of this caused by the "Service Advisor" Michael and another person in that position could have completely changed the experience. I first dropped off my truck for a diagnosis and repair appointment on July 10th. We left it there because we were going on vacation. I provided him extremely detailed step-by-step instructions for how to reproduce the problem including pictures and a video. I called him 2 days later and he said the technician couldn't reproduce the problem. I gave him even more information and he said they would try again. After that, we were out of the country and couldn't follow up. When we came back 10 days later, he said they worked on it but couldn't reproduce the problem. I told him to transfer me to the service manager. I told the SM I would come in and show him the problem. I arrived. The SM got in the truck with me, and in less than 2 minutes I was able to re-produce the problem. After watching it happen twice within 3 minutes, he said he knew the problem and would order the replacement part. He said it was a 2-week delivery time. Then I showed the SM the detailed information I gave to Michael and he was shocked. Apparently, that info never got to the technicians. We got back in the office and the SM told Michael that I reproduced the problem "before we even hit the first traffic light."
Two weeks later, no part. He checked and found that no one had placed the order! Another week and he said the part arrived (August 19th). He transferred me to Michael who said his 1st available appointment was in 3 weeks (September 16th). Not sure why he couldn't have scheduled us while we waited for the part to arrive, but whatever. Three weeks later, we drop it off. He calls two hours later saying the tech got everything taken apart to install it and found that the part had been sent back because it had been sitting there too long. They had me drop it off without verifying that they still had the replacement part? They took the truck apart before checking that they actually had the part? Even knowing that they send parts back that have been sitting an extended time, Michael didn't put a hold on the part? Just wow. Two months and we're going to have to wait another 2-3 weeks to get the part back, then schedule another appointment.
More on Michael. He is very rude and condescending to women. My wife made the first call to him because she was going to be dropping the truck off for me. He was rude to my wife and gave a very long wait time to schedule service. She said she didn't want to talk with him again. I called him back and he was quite nice to me, getting me re-scheduled earlier. On one call a few weeks later, my wife put him on speaker with me silent next to her. She was talking to him about the problem on my truck. I was shocked how rude he was being. They were diagnosing it and he said they couldn't reproduce the problem. She explained how to make it happen. "Sorry, ma'am, we can't do anything if we can't reproduce the problem." He said we would have to pick it up. Then I chimed in. His tone immediately changed to nice and respectful. I couldn't believe it. I re-iterated the problem and how to reproduce it (just like my wife just told him) and he said the technicians would take another look.
I have no idea how you don't fire a person who treats women like this and is also this poor at a relatively simple job.

The app forces you to give them one star. They do not deserve that rating. I made an appointment 3 days in advance. I dropped it off at service counter at 8 am. I text at 2 pm to check on the status. Never responded. I arrived at 4 pm and the truck was just getting started. I also asked if they could check an oil leak while it was here. They said NO. That will take 3-5 days. Since the oil change took 9 hrs I guess I can see why!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Sadly I had to change my five star to a one star!! This place has been a joke about paying off a vehicle they’ve had for a month. Even doing most of the work for them they still can’t seem to get it figured out. How do you list a car for sale? You haven’t even paid off yet?!
Other than those issues Jon was awesome! I found a suv on the dealership website at 12:10, Jon contacted me showed up at 2pm for a test drive. Jon had everything ready for me to test drive, was able to answer all my questions and we were out of there by 3:30 with a new vehicle!

This dealership won’t take in walk ins. Appointments are way too far out. No waiting area and the advisors have shitty attitudes, they don’t want your business.

UPDATE: Incredibly enough, Kyle from Nyle was our saving grace! He reached out and managed everything for us. He took his time to research the extended warranty we had purchased and was our liason between us. Really, he took charge, and all I had to do was wait for updates. He even is working with Kia to make sure the correct replacement parts will be used. I'm updating my 1 star to a 3 star, but I will update stars again once everything is complete. Thank you, Kyle, for your professionalism. We were so stressed about this situation. ORIGINAL POST: I would give a 0 if possible. My son bought a car here, and it has had issues starting a few months after he bought it. It literally stalled several times while driving it, 2x in the middle of the freeway! We took it to two separate mechanics, and both said (on top of the $10k+ he still owes from the purchase), it will cost >$7k to REPLACE the engine. They said the recalls on the vehicle were not performed prior to the dealership putting it on the lot, and an inspection should have caught the bad engine! I'm furious. It is his first big purchase as he is new to adulthood. My husband wrote a review as well, which now I can not find, but they replied, "Sorry to hear that, call us... we want to make it right." Well, we've reached out mult. times to the manager who wrote that, not there, and no call back. We are looking into the lemon laws to see what recourse we have. We do NOT want to go down that road, but since he is young, he doesn't have the money for other options, nor should he have to. NYLE Maxwell, make this right... As you said in your reply. You have our last name, I'm sure you can find our contact info...why did you not reach out to us if you wanted to make it right?

Mike Huff did an 10? excellent job answering all of my questions & And concerns I may have. I told Mike I wanted a Blue Jeep Compass . He immediately got to looking for one . Their were 2 & to which one was already sold . He found another one and went and picked it up himself . & how much I wanted my payments to be. Though that is not his wheelhouse. He made sure I was very satisfied with my purchase . & Yes I am very satisfied.

While 4 hrs from home on a work trip, the AC went out in my brand new company vehicle (200 miles on it). After driving for an hour in the 100 degree heat, I pulled in to Nyle Maxwell, hoping for a miracle!! It was 30 mins before closing and all but one technician had gone home for the day. They took my car in and diagnosed my issue. Even though they were unable to correctly fix my issue, the AC started working long enough for me to get it home. Thank you to the friendly service staff that helped brighten my day!!
