Waited for 2 hours when I was told it would be a little over an hour wait. I was next and a woman came in twice saying she made an appointment and the one of the ladies ran out after her and was gone 5 minutes I just got up and left. If she wants to go chase after someone that obviously didn’t have an appointment and not take care of the customers there waiting I’ll go somewhere where they want to take care of there customers. Never had a problem there before but I will not be back. Good luck

Was getting a hair cut showed a example picture of what I wanted took 3 minutes to do the hair cut. But was the complete opposite of what I wanted and when I told SARAH she look at me disgusted because I said she didn’t get it right and I said I wanted it a little bit shorter in the front and chopped about a inch off and said “IS THAT BETTER?!” Never coming back again you can keep your attitude just not this customer

Yeah I got a haircut at this location earlier today and went to take a shower and just realized. The dude dam near took out my eye with the clippers!

If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend took my 9 year old son to get a haircut while my daughter and I went into Walmart. I got a call right after saying that my son was crying in the backseat because of how rough his stylist was with him. My son is very well behaved in the chair and has had several cuts with zero issues. It was bad enough, my boyfriend had to go back in and say something. Pay close attention to your children if you choose to take them here. My son was literally holding his head in pain because of how hard she was squeezing him.
