I had truck trouble on my way home before Thanksgiving they got me in with no appointment and got me back on the road. The guy bent over backwards to help me out and you just didn’t find dealership like that anymore. Thanks for getting me home.

I drove over to Sulpher Springs from Dallas as Jay Hodge was the closest dealership that had the Nitro Yellow Trailblazer that I was searching. Boy, am I glad I did. Not only did I receive the deal I wanted, including for my trade in, but Jamie Smith made the process so easy. Sometimes leaving the city for better customer service is worth the drive.

We was retuning to TX from a three week trip to Maine and upstate New York. (Over 5,000 miles). On Thursday driving though Sulphur Springs on I-30, when getting off the highway hit a major pot hole and did major front end damage. I got the car to the dealership and talk to Deano he was more then willing to help. Once the the mechanic Bo got it on the rack,it was damage bend shock strut. The parts department found the parts. Bo and Deano explained everything that was going on. While waiting on the service waiting area, one gentleman make us fresh coffee. Everyone was happy smiling and said hi when they walk by. If I live there all my servicing and buy my cars there. Locals are very lucky to have a place to take their car for service. Thanks, Bruce and Hope

This was the most honest and helpful dealership I have ever been to. Our sales consultant Tristen Painter showed us so many cars and let us test drive them too. He gave us space to discuss & also was very knowledgeable on each vehicle and it's unique designs. We have now had our 2021 Chevy Malibu for 2 months and are loving every part of it.
