If I could give this establishment less than a one star I would. After multiple encounters over an extended period of time when I would take my vehicle to get serviced , I could sense there was a possibility I could be getting scammed. My last encounter with this establishment, was by far the worst. Going against my better judgment I agreed to let them do major work on my vehicle. HERE is just one small example. One of the mechanic called me and said hey your ball joint is broken, and it needs to be replaced along with the other work agreed upon, I stated surely this isn’t accurate it was replaced three weeks prior. He stated he would go and recheck it and would call me back , he did call back and stat its not broken it was just lose . But still needs to be replaced.
In this instance he would have definitely gotten away with taken advantage of the customers' lack of knowledge, if I hadn’t already addressed this issue three weeks prior. My suspicion was confirmed, I then in returned said I didn’t want them to do any more work on my car, I told them to stop all work and I was coming to get my vehicle . He replied well we have already taken your car apart. Then Used all kinds of mechanics jargon to back track and talk his way out of this BIG RED FlAG. ? This is an example of pushing unnecessary maintenance work, and trying to take advantage of customers lack of knowledge. I know I was scammed out of Thousands of dollars and most likely charged for repairs that were possibly never made. Please keep in mind this is only one example of many more. Trust completely broken. When I picked up my vehicle I was given a short list of all the extra little things that were allegedly done out of kindness. HIGHLY DOUBT ANY OF ITS TRUE , OR DONE OUT OF KINDNESS.
If you take your vehicle here I highly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to anything ESPECIALLY if you’re a women.

I came in for an alignment job and to have 4 tires put on that I purchased elsewhere and brought with me. The gentleman up front told me it would be 100 bucks for an alignment job and was surprised when he told me my total was 226. Apparently they charge 30 dollars PER TIRE to have them put on! Wow! Also I requested to keep my rear 2 tires since they were still in decent shape and they forgot to give them back to me so I had to go back and get them. Never coming back to anyplace like this again they are looking for opportunities to scam you at every corner.

Am here now. Had a blow out on my 5th wheel. Replacing all the tires. A special thanks to Jarrod, cause I showed up 45 min before they closed . Was in and out in 45 min. 4 tires an a spare. Thanks guys

I brought my truck in for a slow leak in one of the tires. They got me right in and had the nail removed, tire patched and rebalanced in 20 minutes. The cost was $15 for the repair. Nice people, great service.

Picked up a nail right outside Sulphur Springs. These guys were available to patch the tire immediately. Everyone came to help, and we were out of there in minutes. It was right at closing time, but everyone was friendly anyway. Much appreciated!

Always the best service! They go out of their way to ensure that your vehicle is road ready. Give them a call if you need tires, brakes, alignment, or help with any other car/truck related issues you may be having.
