I've had to take my specialty hybrid car to the dealership several times and every single time something doesn't go right and I have to bring it back. They do not have their stuff together. The people are nice though, and I hope they get it together! Though I'm pretty frustrated with my horrible experience, I felt it was my duty to leave the honest review so people may be aware what might be happening to them if they choose to take their vehicle there for repairs.

While traveling through town on way to Dallas area ,realized I needed a oil change and fuel filter change. Stopped in and they were able to do the service the next morning. Was able to keep on schedule.

We had started going to sulphur springs instead of our more local Paris dealership because we thought service was better. We were made aware no appointments are taken for services on Saturdays and it was first come first serve so we arrived at the service center before opening and we ended up being the second vehicle to arrive. Somehow, the first man there wasn't tended to first and then we got pushed to fourth all because the other couple vehicle owners who pulled up behind us were "regulars." I hate to complain but we pay for the same services everyone else does. One gentleman rushed in front of us to talk to the service desk so I thought, well whatever. We'll just be the third then. What ticked me off is the man that walked in AFTER us was taken care of. Of course, everyone knew the gentleman who had arrived after us so naturally they get taken care of before anyone else. We were not pleased and disappointed in the lack of integrity. On top of that, he made sure their trucks were washed and pulled right up front while we had to walk around to the back to get our vehicle (of course not washed.) Not good service and not a good look whatsoever.

Stopped in the get a vehicle inspection. There was no wait and inspection performed immediately. Friendly staff too

Went to buy a Ford bronco 2021 in cash. They had two on the website both you could purchase online. I pull up to the dealership. Asked about the Broncos and he said he couldn't sell both of them. I said they were online and the pieces. He said no. They're 20k over MSRP if I buy them. ATER HE TOLD ME THEYRE NOT FOR SALE. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Lost a massive cash sale with a paid off trade in. Ridiculous. I highly advise to go somewhere else.

I am not having any luck in finding a reliable and good ford dealership service center.I made an appointment to get a simple tire rotation at 8:00 am but after 5 1/2 hours of being there they finished after two tries since they didn't do it correctly the first time. Very unprofessional service team after I pointed out that they had damaged my alloy rims. They sure as hell do not know what they are doing so I will not be bringing any cars or trucks to this dealership. Stay away from the service department. The service manager said to me that he was going to check with his mechanic to make sure they had done the damage??? I guess I will keep looking but I am losing hope

This dealership has always treated me and my family very well and they always take real good care if us.
