Do not go here ever please!!!! They are a rip off. I went there today to get my inspection done and this dude named “Jack” told me I needed new brakes for my car to pass inspection and brakes have nothing to do with whether your car passes inspection or not. I went somewhere else and my car passed inspection. I’m about to call their corporate office now and report him. I repeat do not go here for nothing please!!!!!

Employee number 238 looks like he hated his job and his life. Feel bad for the guy. Minimum customer service, which is fine by me I’m not much of a talker. But employee number 387 showed up from KFC, demanding me that I sit down in the lobby or stand in the rain. I did not want to sit I had been sitting all morning working. Nor did I want to stand in the rain, So I stood on the side out of the way, which didn’t matter because there was no other vehicles or employees or customers Just me just me and 238 until employee 387 showed up and got in my face Demanding and barking orders at me. Came at me very aggressive! The most unprofessional Employee I’ve ever come across, he told me not to back, don’t worry I will never come back, and I will spread the word about this place being a complete disaster. Very Low IQ/EQ disrespectful monstrosity of employees.

I went here looking to get an inspection. Fix your google online business hours. Apparently, it's not open on Sunday. I wasted my time going here and if the business longer does inspections take the sign down.

Pulled in to get my car inspected. Both staff had no customers and no cars in the bay. Was told they don’t do inspections. ( the state of Texas inspection sign was out front ) When I asked if the inspector was not present, I got a rude response saying that they no longer do inspections. If this is the case then I would think that it might be a good idea to take down the inspection sign, and also not alienate your customers when they ask a reasonable question. Poor customer service.

New team is very bad, they did the oil change first then asked me for $100 oil change on a Honda SUV 4 quart oil. I did the same service 3/2023 with previous owner/team $60. Problem is NOT the money. Is the attitude, service and the way of hiding the pricing without notice me the charge before servicing.

My mom, my sister, my baby and me went to get our oil changed here because we were in a rush when we arrived there was a polite black man explaining to us what oil was going to get put on but there was also another black man which was bigger and was SMOKING WHILE CHANGING THE OIL I asked if it could set on fire he said no and told us to go inside rudely I said my baby is trying to watch the process he began to yell and told us to go inside multiple times yelling and the other polite black man told him to calm down then they started arguing about it so he left the job half way done and the polite man had to finish off for him. DONT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET YELLED AT it was 3 women and a baby that he was yelling at cmon now disrespectful I think his name was wreck or something like that PLEASE DONT GO ID GIVE IT 0 STARS IF I COULD DONT MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE I READ THE REVIEWS AND I STILL WENT LIKE A DUMBASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Technicians come and go….but for is always the same quick and great service… now there’s a tech on the shop and policy changes is muuuuch better , try and you’ll see, plus is around the corner of my House in highlands, 3 min away only!Services: Transmission
