I have had my car serviced with GOSS. Since the first time I talked the owner Gabriel, he was very straight forward and honest about pricing for parts and cost of Labor. He shows a genuine care for his customers and wants us to leave completely satisfied with their service. They definitely provide a top of the line service at a great price. I got my truck towed to them unannounced. I asked if he could work on it, he said yes instantly, I told him what needed to be done and he said he will get it done the next day for me so I can be on my way back home (out of towner). Best of all he also cut down on the price for labor. Respectable people highly recommend

INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST! Do not go to this failing business, Satellite Auto in Sugarland. Took Mercedes for a blinker problem only, $1,000 later they messed up my SAM which controls the car, nothing worked inside the car, they said I broke everything, parts were missing off of my engine, I drove my car home with alarms and malfunctions going off, I had to consult a Mercedes dealership because of the shoddy work at Satellite Auto. Under NEW MANAGEMENT, bad workmanship! New owner is dishonest and doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to Mercedes vehicles, mechanic who worked on my car is incompetent, a liar, and does shoddy work. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I'm always weary of auto shops and think that I'll be cheated or overcharged, but Mr. Atit and Alfredo are both very friendly and honest. I've used them for maintenance, brake pads, etc. on my SUV and paid much less than I would have at any Mercedes Benz location.This week, my engine light went on and when I called yesterday, Mr. Atit told me to tighten my gas cap and drive for 10-20 miles before coming in. Sure enough, my gas cap has this exact waning on the outside and after doing as he instructed, the light went off today (and let's hope it stays that way)! It was very kind and admirable of him to save me my time and money. I don't think any other shops in the area would do the same.
