I am extremely disappointed, I have tried on multiple occasions to give Sky Nail Salon In Spring a chance. The nail tech that was doing my pedicure did not listen to me when I told her that she was cutting my toenails too short, then she tried to say that my toe is slanted, this is news to me because they have NEVER BEEN SLANTED MY ENTIRE LIFE… The front desk girl Emmie came over to attempt to fix the catastrophe but did not make it any better. Nail salons like this that don’t care about certain patrons and cater to others need a reality check we are all spending green money and we have a choice where we spend it. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN…

This very bad nails salon they the lady at the front desk is very rude and then they jacked the prices up on you even if it’s your real nails $60 and then right when they get ready to do your nails they tell you five or 10 more dollars prices go up up up the she got upset and for me and my mother and daughter and lil niece to live there They’re building they put us out because we went pay them more money and I didn’t even get my nails done so why asked for more money girl don’t go there they would jack the prices up on you specially on Black people and the girl in the front is very rude. She a young girl

I love coming here to get my hands and toes done they never disappoint with their hospitality i would totally recommend Kate and mimi Kate has been doing my nails for a year and has always done my nails just they way I like them

Love love love this place I am getting ready to move from Houston to Dallas and this is the place I will miss the most Dewy is absolutely wonderful with my nails and Ms Linda does my pedicure ? there are no words to explain how good she is her hands are magic when she massages ? I went in for a shellac mani and regular pedi before my Cancun trip, pedi was great with no issues and was done by Rose. 2 days later, the shellac polish was peeling so I went back and the tech re-did the 3 nails that were peeling. 2 days after that, more polish peeling so I returned. The tech appeared to upset that I was back as she was pulling/pushing my hand but she re-did them again. Needless to say I tipped her well in the beginning and I didn't expect to have to return multiple times to have my nails done properly. I thought I'd found a great nail place but I don't think it's worth my time or money when I have to keep returning to get the services I pay for.

I’ve been going here for 4 years. It was fine for 3 1/2 years. Now? It’s terrible. I’ve tried 4 different technicians ? all bad. 1. Very thick 2. Filed so deep in my nail bed that it was painful, left my cuticles bleeding 3. Nails lifted within days 4. VERY uneven thickness and would not file them like I wanted because she didn’t think they would look good. SHOP HAS GOTTEN TOO BIG. They really don’t care if you come back or not. I heard a client complain about the wait and She had to leave. When she walked out, the desk girl looked at me and said “there’s 1000 more customers just like her. Adios”

I called to make an appointment and the lady told me to just go. When I got there, the owner told me to wait 5 minutes. After 25 minutes waiting and them taking 2 clients ahead of me, I had to leave. I had no more time to wait, I left my job earlier to take care of my nails and even like that, I couldn't. I was a client of Sky nails for 3 years, until today. Time for a new place....1 bad experience can go a long way.

I just came from getting my nails done. Everyone was nice when I entered and attentive, but the lady that did my nails had an attitude the whole time. She didn't offer me any water, kept throwing my hands to be put under the light, and didn't listen to the correct color I wanted. Overall, she is a great nail tech but her customer service was very poor. For that reason I will not be back ):
