I buy a ton of Emerald product and there is 1 gallon that I purchased that seemed to be chemically defective because the paint was cracking. I took it back to the store and they refused to replace it with a new gallon, claiming air conditioner or a bad install job. I am permanently switching over to Benjamin Moore now. This is definitely not a company that stands behind the product. They just lost a customer that buys about $30,000 in paint every year over $50.

If you want to pay reasonable price, do not go to this place. Unless you have a contractor account, you won't get a fair price. I tried to get price adjustment after paying regular price, but store would not allow it, even though it has been less than a week. I paid close to double the contractor rate on my paint! And their contractor rate is still more expensive than homedepot's premium brand. I will not be purchasing paint from Sherwin Williams in the future.

I had a problem this morning and went to Sherwin-Williams and the guy at the counter was so very nice to me. He knew exactly what I need to do to solve my problem. I am so thankful to him for all his help and guidance!! Great experience!!

I've been to three or four different Sherwin-Williams locations and these little guys that work in this shop are the rudest most unhelpful I have ever come across.If I could give him a half a star I would.All I know is that this Sherwin-Williams location will never get our business for anything. I certainly don't mind paying a premium for Sherwin-Williams paint, but you're going to earn your business and being rude, and overall completely unhelpful, is not how you do it.

Kevin at the spring location was attentive and insightful when helping me choose colors. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the product and service. Very friendly and professional staff. Definitely recommend!

Waited in the store for 20 minutes for the young person behind the counter to pretend to play on the computer looking for what I needed in the system. He finally looks me in the face and says "You know I don't know what I'm doing, I'm kind of new here". He tells me that he sees that another store has it, but he can't tell me which store. You have completely wasting my time.Btw I asked this employee how many gallons I might need for 1,800 ft² of fencing, He guessed one or two.

The associates were helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I called the store, I was able to speak with someone. Even though I was prepared to pay one amount from my online order, the associate made sure that I got the best price with my active pro account.

I understand when working alone putting up a sign to indicate where the employee is - however, I got here at 10:15, it’s now 10:30, I’ve even called the store from the lobby 4x and the store seems to be empty. Nobody in sight.

I have to say, no customer service here at all. Reps at counter continually kept saying nope nope nope no we don’t have. Didn’t offer to see if a near by store has materials. I understand we are all busy but ?♀️ This was the worst Custer service I have had. I’ve been to multiple locations this is the first I’ve had an bad experience. And to top it off the other rep was on a personal phone call while trying to assist another customer?♀️.
