We arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Friday and were free by the receptionist with a fair amount of push back. The showroom is only open M-F until 5, my husband had left work early in order to even get a chance to stop in.Fortunately Tanya had come from the back of the building and welcomed us in turning on the lights as she began asking how she could assist us. She was fantastic, answered all of our questions and provided us with some brochures for two brands we really liked. She even pulled out catalogs to look up prices for three different handle sets we found, taking time to mark each in the brochures.We left at 5:05, with lots of information, brochures, and most importantly Tanya’s contact information. She encouraged us to reach out anytime we had questions!She is the reason we will return and will tell our friends about this business for sure!
