This place is nothing less of perfection. I drive 45 mins just for service. They are very detailed and are always able to resolve any issue that I am having with my vehicles. I used to always get misdiagnosis of issues with my vehicles but this particular store is fantastic. I would not take my car anywhere else but here. If you want your problem resolve your maintenance done correctly take it here instead of being lied to by other shops and mechanics. They have great customer service and listen to correct the issue you came in for.If I could give me more than 5 stars I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I came here because something was wrong with my car and another auto place couldn’t help. I was frustrated and just wanted the issue resolved. Charles got me taken care of quick. They fixed the issue and I was out the door in under an hour. I will be coming here first from now on.

Buyer beware. Verify your invoice before you pay at this location. Service adviser Yasmine added extra $100 to my invoice. After my complaints, I have to show proves of my quotes before she removes extra charge. They also quoted me on the old model tires that they don't have in stocks. Later, they charge you more for different set of tires as your car was in their shop.

This shop wanted to charge me extra money for a warranty job for an extra hour for an alignment on my truck and the tech told me that I needed inner and outer tie rods that I didn't need and larry is a very lazy and rude person...Larry told the tech to take my vehicle off the alignment rack so he could get paying alignment customers cars done

Fast thorough service was provided from the Champion Forest Firestone store. I have purchased tires from this store for over 25 years and have always been provided first class service.

I had a tire blowout right by this Firestone location, so of course I pull in to get help. It was right before they closed so I understood they couldn't get me in and told them I'll leave the car here and be back in the morning. Well, when I show up in the morning, I'm greeted by Charles. I already knew this was going to be tough being that my car is practically lowered to the ground, but Charles and his tech James used their drills and jack to get me up and my tire swapped in the parking lot. The genuine act of generosity they showed isn't something you get from most service places anymore. Thank you guys so much!

Buyer beware! First, they don't care about you. I bought 4 tires in January. The 2 front tires are now bald and need replacing. Why? They were not aligned, whose fault is it? They never asked the customer. Not Firestonce's problem. The manager offered a discount on the tires, was not reflected in the invoice, of course not. Did he leave a note with that information? Yeah. - that's too customer friendly, too much work. He went to lunch. Their response? Sorry for the miscommunication.I recommend you get your service elsewhere, they are lazy and complacent with their shoddy work. They will take responsibility and getting richer/

A year ago I brought my car in to fix a puncture in one of my tires. They made me wait a hour before letting me know that they checked it and said all my tires were old and different versions (they were not) and all needed replacement, which would take more time and money. Did not end up going through with it since the man did not sound sincere about it.Recently, I brought my car in for a single tire change, waited 3+ hours for it and paid hundreds for it. They ended up destroying the car’s tire pressure monitor, and when I took it back to them to check the issue, they told me some stupid excuse of it being too old despite the car being relatively new and well taken care of. (The monitor worked perfectly well before I brought it to them.) They then told me it would be another $120 and more hours in their waiting room wasted.The mechanics here break your car for more business and your money, especially if you are a woman who is not well versed in the field. Better to take your car to mom&pop shop that cares about their work instead of scamming you.
