Amazing location! Went above and beyond. I visited this center before opening our first business back in 2011, and again for our house this afternoon. Excellent service and so nice to have a location so close to The Woodlands area. Norma and staff were very helpful in pulling two tiles for me very last minute. I called in a panic to make it to the showroom before closing. They pulled the tiles and even though they were closed to the public, they met me outside when I arrived, carrying the two samples I needed. Above and beyond. Thank you ladies and DalTile for serving us, 10 years now!!

The ladies up front and the men in the back are excellent at helping you find exactly what you're looking for and they have almost everything in stock. That is huge. No long wait for tile. I will use them again for my next project.

Normally I go and order all supplies from the location in Hempstead. (Never have a problem with them) I decided to go to this location since I have a job close to it. I tried calling many times to order and ask for pricing but no one ever answered. When I got there I told them I needed Mapei waterproof membrane- they have it for $30 more than the location in Hempstead and I had just called earlier to the Hempstead location. Almost feels like a ripoff! Suggest calling other places for pricing first.

I usually deal with Daltile off of 290 and I haven't used the woodlands location. Tried to order some thin set material spacers and some grout and come to find out their charging me $3 more a bag. Highway robbery. F this location!

I am really not happy with the information on the website. Completely inaccurate. I drove down to the Hempstead hwy location that was listed as open on Sat. It was not. Then I raced over after school (I'm a teacher) to the showroom off rayford sawdust that was listed as open until 5. It closes at 4. This is unacceptable customer service for people that work for a living. I have now wasted over TWO HOURS of my life and the gas in my car going to closed showrooms in opposite parts of Houston and I still can't choose tile for my flooded house. REALLY REALLY NOT HAPPY!

Good quality materials but the employees there have a horrible attitude. They really lack the meaning of customers service. The store on Hempstead has BETTER PRICES & GOOD customer service.

Walked in to look at some tile for our outdoor kitchen ready to make a purchase, woman in the showroom was so rude, short, and not helpful. We left and will be getting our tile somewhere else.
