I am a couponer and this is one of my favorite stores. They have a good selection of products, seem to get new products sooner than other stores, and have kind cashiers who help with issues and are happy to ring me up (versus set checkout) when I have coupons that need a cashier.

I just came here to say how extremely annoying this pharmacy is. There are always at least six cars in the drive-thru line and if you go inside you have the same amount of wait time that you would in the drive-thru. I am currently sitting in the drive-thru and have been for the past 20 minutes behind one car. This is freaking ridiculous!! As soon as I can find another CVS in my neighborhood I will rescue myself from this hell
Update. After sitting in line for over 30 minutes, I arrived at the window to be told that my prescription had been removed even after I called the day before and they told me that they would hold it. I told the pharmacist to have a nice night and I left. Done with CVS. Having my prescription moved to a different pharmacy in the morning.. unfortunately, I am not allowed to give a zero star rating.

I came to this CVS for the first time only because it was on my way home from work but I stayed because of Zee! She has such a great spirit! She’s always happy to guide customers and take great care of them. She’s an example of what every customer service representative should be. She’s kind, friendly, and professional. Please give Zee a raise! CVS on Aldine Westfield is my fav store.

I was in need of Claritin for my sinuses, walk up and ask and the one lady told me you get that at the counter... okay so I go to the counter (cash register) nobody there?
So 3 people standing around talking to a foreign guy looking for some kind of meds, so I stood there waiting for 5 minutes, so I spoke up and asked where the nearest pharmacy was, they all looked shocked!

I decided to try the CVS delivery service. When notified they were on their way, I waited. No one knocked, rang the door bell. I even waited outside for 10 minutes. So I call the 800 number, they tell me to call the pharmacy. I call the pharmacy, they tell me that the guy just returned my prescription and I, ME, had to call the delivery service and she hung up on me. I proceeded to drive up there and when I pulled up it was 1:29 pm and I was told they were closing for lunch. She shut the window and closed the blinds. I was in tears. There is ZERO compassion for their customers, particularly the elderly. These are medications required to keep me alive and they couldn't care less. Rude, mismanaged and poor customer service. I do have an incident number with corporate. If you've had a bad experience, call them immediately!!!

This is the worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacy staff are rude and have the worst attitudes. They do not seem to understand that medication is essential for some conditions. The medication is always severely delayed and when you call for updates you are on hold for more than an hour and no one ever comes to the phone. They need new staff and processes because whatever is currently in place is not working! It has gotten consistently worse each month. I will move my prescription to a different provider. I’m canceling my CVS membership as well because the medications are never able to be delivered. It’s a total waste. Calling corporate to complain as well in case they don’t see this.

No one answers the phone at the Pharmacy, and when you show up to talk to them about your inquiry, they take down your phone and say they will call you back, I got a call back about 2 mins after leaving, I couldn’t answer right away as I was driving. They didn’t even leave a voice message….i tried to call them back but it’s the same long hold time with a dead end of leave a voice message after 17 minutes of being on hold…..this is stressful and aggravating for a sick person who barely is able to get out of bed to pick up their prescription, I will be switching pharmacies, I do not recommend this CVS pharmacy as I cannot speak for any other locations
