Don't go there if you have kids under 5. The toddler play area was filthy and dark. The lights were extremely dim, and most sections had no lights at all. My kids didn't want to spend time there because it felt eerie, like an abandoned theme park. The mats were dirty, slides had dust, floors don't look like they've been vaccumed for ages! Bigger kids play areas were alright. But the entire place has a rundown feel to it.

The go carts and the flip carts were not functional. It was a weekend and they charge for premium rate but don't have the machines working. Several of the staff were pushing the carts out of the way. I did speak to a manager and he gave us passes to come back, however I don't think I will be returning to a location where the staff just doesn't seem happy to be working there and the company doesn't seem to take pride in the services they provide.The staff in the play areas were generally polite and nice, however there were some rambunctious teenagers trying to fight with the staff members. I didn't feel safe bringing my young kids to this area in the back by the trampolines and basketball.

Unethical Business Practices: A Warning to ParentsAs a concerned parent, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Urban Air Initially drawn in by the promise of a yearly membership for my children, I overlooked the concerning clause that stated cancellation was not an option.Upon the expiration of the year, I expected a notification informing me of the end of my membership. However, to my dismay, I discovered that I had been automatically enrolled in a monthly membership without my explicit consent. This unethical practice of charging fees without notification or consent is unacceptable.I urge fellow parents to beware of such deceptive practices and to reconsider supportingUrban Air. As for me, I will not be returning, and I hope others will heed this warning before falling victim to similar tactics.

This place is good for all ages,. However, I booked a birthday party for my two kids,I paid the full package but the virtual reality Google's wasn't working, the Go-kart sucks, they had like 3 Go-karts at a time, so the waiting time is long. Another thing I didn't like is there's no balloons or any decorations in the room. Our host was amazing.

Super busy , rock climbing line lasts forever cause they don’t set a time limit for the rock climbers . So kids would rock climb for over 45 min without any employee telling them to stop . Go karts were broke down only 2 were working , part of the trampoline area was closed .Not worth the money , we paid for the expensive tickets and were able to do anything that included unfortunately

Really going down hill, people are rude and half the good stuff is closed off. Go carts don't work other trampolines closed off basketball one closed off. Won't be coming back to this one

04/27/2024, Well this was my first visit to the Southlake facility. Our party of 4 needed to complete the waivers as instructed by our staff member, however as we were not allowed to pay without moving from the line and completing the waivers, which took 15 minutes not an issue, we proceeded to wait in line for a second time. The new staff member had no issue allowing us to wait as the party of 4 directly in front of us needed to complete waivers but were not instructed to leave the line. 45 minutes later when we finally were able to purchase a day package the flip zone cars in the middle package were not available as they were inoperable. We needed to upgrade to the Platinum package @ 29.99 in order to utilize a cart function as well as buy socks. We asked the Manager Will if he could comp the socks (
[email protected]=10.47) with a reply of he cannot give us anything for free. Well we just smiled and paid 141.19 @ 1847 HRS with just over 2 hours until closing time. Horrible customer service, at minimum poor staff training as the staff is not consistent in operation or Management of the facility. Very poor people skills in relations to someone who must be able to interact with the public in a positive manner. Will you failed the establishment and your staff. We will never return. I regret hosting a party here.Host was not on point.Host hardly helped serve guests. We were expected to serve fries and pizza without gloves. Had I known that I would have brought my own. Finally they gave us some. I do not recommend.And birthday kid didn’t even get their tshirt as part of bday package we purchased.

This is a great place to take your kids. And the membership is a wonderful option. Gives the kids and adults something fun to do!!Crystal in the cafe was fabulous! Very energetic!

I spent $150 for 3 kids and 2 toddlers and I regret it. The park was very dirty, trash everywhere and coming out of the trash cans. Floor was nasty. We were there for 3.5 hrs and my kids spent almost 2 hrs in a line to ride the go car. I didn’t see any staff member in the line while kids were cutting of the line. Only 2 duo go cars were working and like 4 for 1 person. So the line was bad. We drove 45 minutes to go to that place since my kids loved it and I was planning to celebrate my son’s birthday there but not anymore. I think we should get the service we paid for but that’s not healthy at all and staff members are just there to collect a pay check since we can tell they don’t care if is clean or not. Sorry but not going back there.
