I've been coming to this dry cleaner for several years, and like any dry cleaner from time to time there are small issues that pop up but they always resolve them no questions asked. More importantly their integrity is impressive. I recently dropped off several items and frankly forgot they were there after a couple of weeks. When I finally picked everything up they gave me an envelope with $150 of cash that I had left in one of my pants pockets. Based on the way everything was folded it was apparent they never even inspected what was there. I was very impressed and they've made me a customer for life.

Dry Clean Super Center is the best of all Dry Cleaning/Launder servicing. They knew me by my first name after only my second time dropping off, which amazes me. Aside from their superb customer service, they are as good with your clothes, too!

In the middle of Southlake and doesn’t take American Express? Thank you for making my expensing more difficult. Will not return.By the way, if you are the owner reading this and you think you are “saving money” by not taking Amex. I used a World Rewards MasterCard that absolutely cost you a higher percentage than Amex.

The staff are always warm and welcoming. I’ve never had any issues with drop off/pick up. My clothes always come out clean and well pressed. I have also had repairs done on broken zippers, buttons, and what not and it has always come out great.This dry cleaner offers drive through service which is very convenient.

The owner is impolite and arrogant as can be made out when he interprets our complaint as if we are playing a scam with him. Yes , he can choose who to serve and we can choose where to get our cleaning done but will not tolerate indecent behavior. We have used this location for 28 months and one year back they spoiled a cashmere sweater and gave a credit of $25 towards repair. This was the second incident but he would not even listen as they spoiled an expensive shirt from Brioni. When a customer comes with a complaint , normal courtesy requires proper response but I guess he never learnt this in his life.

I am new to this area and our neighborhood recommend this place. Price is inexpensive and I satisfied with their quality job. Staffs are always friendly with big smile :) Highly recommend this location.

I brought in a sweater and a dress to be cleaned. Both had a few spots but nothing that wouldn't come out. The dress actually just had some makeup on it. I got home the white sweater still had the spots on it and so did the dress. I put bleach on the white sweater and it came right out. Awful cleaners! They charged me $12 and didn't mention the stains wouldn't come out.

Customer service is subpar with nconsistent cleaning and laundry items. After multiple attempts (6+ times) to let them correct issues, they provided poor excuses. Low prices but lower quality. I'll take my business elsewhere.

We've had nothing but great experiences from this dry cleaner. I have 3 kids and the sheer convenience of pulling up to the window and dropping off my clothes is priceless! They have a very fast turn around and are reasonably priced. I've been to be other cleaners in town who are double and surely not as convenient. This is definitely my family's go to for dry cleaning.
